I stayed at the Parsons Inn and the couple that runs it were great! The room had a king bed, great size fridge and freezer, coffee maker and microwave. It also had a table and chair set and a sofa.

No complaints
The manager was very helpful and accommodating, even providing utensils to us at 9pm. The room was very clean. Refrigerator in our room was brand new. We were satisfied.

First time in Parsons and have to say, that for a Budget Motel, I was more than pleased there. The room was larger than I had expected, and very quiet and comfortable.. which is what I like! And if looked like the room had been recently remodeled.. which is so, they did a good job, Additionally, all new appliances and up to date fixtures with plenty of power plugs. The main heads up I would say, was the tv only had access to Pluto. (Which for me was just fine, since I don't watch TV that much. Other than that, the grounds and exteriors were less than impressive. But if the other rooms are anything like the one I stayed in, it's really a great value for a Budget Motel. (Since I'm mostly retired now, don't travel as much as I used to. But next time I am in the area, will definitely stay there again!)

Clean and comfortable room
The hotel room met my needs and I fully expect the typical budget room I stayed on. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and that is the main thing I wanted. Don't expect something fancy for the rate you are paying.

Met expectations
Outside was a bit “rustic” but room was clean, nice, no problems. Not everyone’s cup of tea but I thought I got my moneys worth. I would stay again👍

Don't judge a book by its cover.
Initially was not impressed by the exterior, but was pleasantly surprised by effortless check in, friendly reception, clean room, comfortable bed, and reasonable price. Nice place forca traveller.

Super impressive!!!
Renovated motel-manager friendly, room is very clean, bed was firm but comfy, shower hot with great water pressure! As a single women traveling, I felt safe and secure in my room. Cute little town too!

I’m sorry you thought we were a high end hotel, this is your mistake thinking we’re a 5 star hotel. You don’t punish a property because YOU thought this was a high end hotel. We have a 4.1 on Expedia because of happy travelers across the USA and world that stayed here and were happy with their rooms and service. That’s why.Not because they thought we were a high end hotel. So we get a 2/5 for your mistake.

Great stay
Older hotel, small rooms but fair price. Clean and decent, just older building. Every time we go there new things are improved, so the owner is working to make it better constantly. Owner and wife are amazing and nice people.

Room was pretty descent. Seemed to be clean. There was some weird people running around and staying there. A dog barked all night long. We found a cockroach in the room. I looked for another and didn’t find anymore. It’s cheap so it’s ok I guess. The owner is very nice.

None of our rooms have roaches. The person writing this response is the person who cleans the rooms the last 6 years. However Tennessee does have different types of bugs that fly if you leave your door open they fly in from the outside they are not the same as a household roach. Your also the first customer in 6 years that mentioned roach. You live in Gallatin,Tn so you should know Tennessee has all kinds of bugs from the woods…….. The dogs are on a property next door that is a kennel service, we have spoke to them about the barking and they are working on it. The people you say were running around we’re contractors that had several rooms here putting up cell towers. 2/5 hurts us receiving bookings so give the property a chance to fix the issue. In your case I would have gladly gave you a refund and helped you get into another Inn. We love our customers !! Thank you for choosing us.

Customer was extremely happy at check in. We chatted for 10 minutes. Juan was very happy. Not sure why Juan left a 6. Thank you Juan. We did have a lot of stuff outside for donation pickup for habitat for humanity. Maybe Juan did not want to see all of that. 🤷‍♂️

The staff is very friendly and very easy-going very helpful as well this location is right in the heart of everything there are a few little shops a couple grocery stores and a few good places to eat all within 5 to 10 minutes you can even walk to them if you like this is my third trip there to see my dad in that town and I stay at this hotel just because I think it’s the best all the way around can’t beat the price, and you can’t beat the friendliness of the staff as well as the helpfulness.

Robert booked a king room. We did not have a king room available. Our computer mixed up the reservation. We asked Robert if he was ok with a double bed. He said it was ok. Than he docked us points on the review. We try super hard not to make mistakes. We also have the ability to transfer the reservation to another inn to get you your room. So no need to be unhappy. We are sorry Robert. 🌞

I don’t have anything bad to say at all my best friend and I took a trip to see my father from Virginia to Parsons this was the first place that I found closest to my dad who lives in Sugar Tree it was convenient to some good restaurants and shopping. The front staff was attentive and so very helpful we actually had a storm pass through which took out some lights it only lasted less than an hour and they had everything up and running and also let us know that what was going on. I am planning a trip again and April to see my father with my husband and we will be booking a room here again the hotels were immaculately clean the house keeping was amazing the staff was super friendly I highly recommend this as your go to place anytime you’re gonna be in this area

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The bed linens were old and dated. We removed blankets from beds as they felt greasy and grimy. One of the rooms had a musty odor.

The cleanest rooms in parsons. Very well maintenanced. And the staff is amazing and very hospitable. I asked to check out later as I had a long drive ahead and needed a nap and they were very considerate.

Great for the price!
The stay was great! It was clean and they were courteous. It was outdated but it was ok as we were only in town to float the river so we didn’t expect top notch for the price. I would definitely stay again.

If I we’re driving looking for a place to stay, I’d never stop here because from the outside it looks a bit rundown. I was surprised by the furniture which was nice. There was a lot of furniture. The bathtub faucet was dripping and you could see where there were some patch jobs done. I think they’re working on improvements and have hopes for them. It honestly wasn’t bad, as I said I was a bit nervous driving in but basically all was good. No ice machine on the property but plenty of places in town so no biggie.

Nice property. Location wasn’t the best since I was traveling on Rt40 - but it was late at nite and beggars can’t be choosy. So.... It was a decent room at a decent price - and a quiet area so I could get some sleep. Thank you for being accommodating.

Nice - still could use some updates.
Nice room, but can tell they are still revamping an old facility. The parking lot was questionable, didn't show the facility very well, we almost turned around and didn't stay. But the room was nice, quiet, upgraded furnishings, but didn't leave enough towels for two people. for the price it was good.

It was clean, warm and secure. There was no ac outlet in the bathroom to plug in anything. After the first night, they took all the towels even though I hung them up to dry with the intention of using them more than just one time. They did not replace the towels with fresh ones. I did not notice this until I was ready to step in the shower on the second day. My fault. So I had to get dressed and go to the lobby to get fresh towels. I haven't experienced this omission at any other hotel.

This is an older place, yet found it clean and had all the basic amenities. The staff was very helpful and informative about the area. I will probably stay again the next time in the area.
