“Overall my stay was fine but this space would be absolutely lovely and five-stars if it weren’t for how dirty things were upon arrival. Knives, forks, and mugs had food drippings (?)and smudges on them. Wall handles for the towels/toilet paper were falling out of the wall. It felt like the only thing that was cleaned before we arrived were the beds...

“It was rainy and cold when we got there and the house was chilled. The house has a high tech thermostat and there are no directions in the place as to how to use it. I ended up having to google a manual and then it took over an hour to warm the place up. Our bed was horrific. A terrible mattress and no box springs.
