Heard a couple of other guests complaining they had no cold water to fill a kettle, and no water for shower. Our bath was very slow in draining water, with water still in the bath the following day. Breakfast was good, however, dining places often missing salt, pepper and items of cutlery. Waiting staff seemed inexperienced, but...

“The staff were amazing from the front desk Darcy and mum to the night porter, who could not do enough for us brilliant. Would recommend to all ages and jealous that we’re not still there. “Terrible. Mold and damp on the walls. Clear water damage. Mold on the windows. As soon as you walk in the room its so damp the air feels thick. Please avoid. I booked 2 nights here but couldnt stay because of how unfit for purpose the rooms are. I got told they will personally contact me for refund details within 24 hours. Its been 2 days of radio silence. Please avoid if your health is your priority.”
