This casual, comfy home is tucked up in a quiet cul-de-sac, but minutes from all the downtown fun! Ritz del Rio is spacious and perfect for your Paso Robles getaway with family or friends.

All one level, the home is very accessible with no stairs. As you enter to the left there is a living space with a couch, large flat screen TV and dining room table that folds out to seat 8. Moving forward through the house is the kitchen with its large counter that opens up to a family room. The place to gather and plan your days in Paso, whether you are wine tasting at one of the many wineries or sipping a brew at Cal Coast Brewing Company or neighboring Backyard on Thirteenth, both so much fun!

Through the family room you can enter the backyard patio and side yard via a sliding door. This patio is perfect for hanging out and BBQ'ing. Fans keep you cool in the summer, and heaters are there to warm you up at night while watching the game or your favorite movie on the outdoor 52' flat screen.

On the opposite side of the house, you will find the bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room. Two bedrooms have queen beds. The third bedroom can be used as an office and has a queen pull-out cabinet bed. All share a hall bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
