Only a 15-minute drive from downtown Paso Robles and mere minutes from the nearest wineries like famous Tobin James Vineyard and Beruli, this serene retreat offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. The superb 'Great Room' layout welcomes you as you step inside, and facilitates quality time spent together, whether you're preparing a meal in the generous kitchen or unwinding in front of the expansive flat-screen TV. Cathedral ceilings and chandeliers soar overhead, enhancing the air of sophistication and vastness. Accommodating up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, this residence boasts three full bathrooms for added comfort – be sure to luxuriate in one of the jetted tubs for the ultimate relaxation. Each room offers picturesque views through large windows that flood the space with natural light and showcase the beautiful surroundings. Our home is situated on all one level, with no stairs, for maximum guest accessibility. Step outside onto the sprawling front patio to savor a delightful dinner paired with local wine or simply bask in the shade and soak up the peaceful ambiance. The outdoor space is expansive and includes multiple seating and dining areas front and rear, and also the convenience of a propane BBQ. Plenty of parking is available in our private paved driveway.     ***Due to fire hazard, the fire pit is not listed as an amenity and is not available for guest use.
    ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.
    ***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.***
    ***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control. There may be wildlife on site, including insects, both inside and outside.***
    ***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed here for a holiday get together. The home was clean and well stocked with kitchen pots & pans, dishes and utensils. It has great views and lots of outdoor space for kids to play. Finally it was centrally located between Paso Robles (Sensario lights)and Santa Margarita (Santa Margarita Ranch Christmas Event).

We had an excellent vacation. Our Niece was getting married at the Cass Winery. Our 3 families stayed together in this beautiful, clean location. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and outside spaces were perfect for our family reunion. The scenery is wonderful, it makes you feel like your are viewing Italy with all of the vineyards and open space. Very wonderful experience, we would all love to come back soon.

Lovely experience

The house was clean and spacious as advertised. We loved being able to spend time in the ample outdoor spaces, too! Only hiccup was that the access code didn't work when we arrived, but the property manager was available to help us sort that out over the phone quickly. Thankful for a great experience for this group of 9!

Beautiful Property

The house was huge and nice. It’s away from everything, which we loved. Came for a wedding - scenery made us want to move there.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. We had a wonderful stay. We were attending a wedding and reception at a winery just down the hill 3.5 miles. My only criticism would be, the master bedroom closet was locked so there was no place to hang clothes except the shower bar.

Spacious and Tranquil

The house was spacious inside and outside. Lots of areas inside and outside to gather and relax. Each bedroom had extra seating areas for relaxing. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Love all the lavender and rosemary, smells fantastic outside. Room for outside games but no grass. No broom or mop for cleaning up any messes! Overall a great relaxing vacation property.

Family girl's weekend

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for my family of 9 ladies. Clean, comfortable, roomy. High on a hill with a great view.Neighbors dogs did visit every day, but they were friendly. Only glitch was a leaky shower fixture in master suite. Definitely not a deal breaker. Loved the place.

Tranquil Views

We visited this property with friends and our families. Overall, very happy with the property. The property was as described. Clean and plenty of amenities one would expect in a home. Plenty of towels, pots, pans, utensils, glasses, and dishes. I love it when you go to a property and it’s meant to be a home and not some money machine. Would definitely go back here. It’s beautiful. The views are gorgeous and the patio area is very enjoyable. Loved it!

Spacious comfort for our group retreat

This property stood out as perfect for accommodating our group of 7. Perfect meeting spaces in living room around TV used for presentations (using my own Chromecast), dining table, and kitchen counter. Sleeping arrangements were a sinch as were the bathrooms. Views and nearby countryside were perfect for opening our minds and for riding our bikes (we are all avid cyclists). There is already talk of a return trip!

Very private gateway

The property truly has endless views and privacy. The only problem is that neighbors' friendly dogs are frequently visiting the property. This didn't bother us, however, if you have little kids or someone in your party is afraid of dogs, will create an uncomfortable situation. Otherwise, beautiful and very well-managed property.

Beautiful views in an equally beautiful home

Checkin was incredibly easy and the customer service was very helpful when Waze took us down a weird route. The driveway to the house on top of the hill was lined with cypress trees, which set the first impression. The outside furniture could have been sprayed down, as there were quite a few spiderwebs. The inside of the house was perfect. Very clean, and comfortable. The layout was great for our family. There are two neighbor dogs that greeted us upon arrival that were the icing on the cake. We look forward to booking again!

The house is located too far away from downtown Paso Robles and the wineries. The house is beautiful and very accommodating. The queen beds were very small - I would say they are doubles.

Spacious house for girls trip!

We arrived and noticed there was a hornets nest right above the front door. The property management company had someone out within the hour. They were very prompt and followed up a few hours later. The property is tucked away in a very quiet location. Every morning we were greeted by the neighbors dogs, which was a nice bonus to our trip. They were the sweetest pups and we all enjoyed their visits. The house is very spacious. There were 8 people in our group and we all enjoyed our first visit to Paso!

The Perfect Place to Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at Uvae Vineyard. The views were breathtaking and it's an ideal location if you are going to wineries and breweries. The house was nice and well kept. I just wish some of the furniture was updated or well maintained. One of the high table chairs had a nail sticking out, and another high table chair was broken. I also wish the bathrooms were more updated and the outdoor area was better maintained.

This was large enough for everyone to enjoy the stay and have room group or device and visit.

We had a problem with low water pressure the first morning. Not even enough water to fill the toilet tank in one bathroom. Contacted the property manager and the maintenance person was on site within 1 hour. Ease and responsive. No other problems but lots of fun and engagement.

Overall great stay. 7 out of 10! Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Great open space in the living room/kitchen area, made the house very spacious. We were all able to hang out comfortably together. Loved that the house sat on top of a hill, the views were amazing. We also met one of the neighbors dog that came by in the early evening. She was super nice, calm and not at all threatening but would've loved to have been notified from the property manager that she may come visit us. We brought my dog and were a little hesitant about letting him outside as I didn't know if it would've been a friendly encounter as her breed is usually considered a "working dog." (I believe she is a livestock guardian dog/Great Pyrenees) Anyway, we love dogs and loved her short visits. The home was very clean but the yard had a lot of prickly balls that kept sticking on my dogs paws. We encountered a few insects inside the home. (a vineyard beetle on the bed by the pillow (I thought it was a tick and emailed the manager with a photo and they reassured me it was a vineyard beetle which are common this time in the season.) and a few pincher bugs. I understand the house sits on a hill top vineyard but it was just a little creepy. One of the restrooms did not have window covering so we had to hang 2 towels for privacy. The master restroom's toilet also had issues flushing. We had to take the lid off and manually pull the handle for it to flush every single time.

Great stay

This property was perfect! The house was a great size, it was clean, had everything we needed! Overall the stay at this property was perfect! It made our weekend that much better!
