The superb 'Great Room' layout welcomes you as you step inside, and facilitates quality time spent together, whether you're preparing a meal in the generous kitchen or unwinding in front of the expansive flat-screen TV. Cathedral ceilings and chandeliers soar overhead, enhancing the air of sophistication and vastness. Accommodating up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, this residence boasts three full bathrooms for added comfort – be sure to luxuriate in one of the jetted tubs for the ultimate relaxation. Each room offers picturesque views through large windows that flood the space with natural light and showcase the beautiful surroundings.

Our home is situated on all one level, with no stairs, for maximum guest accessibility. Step outside onto the sprawling front patio to savor a delightful dinner paired with local wine or simply bask in the shade and soak up the peaceful ambiance. The outdoor space is expansive and includes multiple seating and dining areas front and rear, and also the convenience of a propane BBQ. Plenty of parking is available in our private paved driveway. - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control.
- There may be wildlife on site, including insects, both inside and outside.

Parking Details:
- Please make sure you park only in the designated property parking locations. If your home offers street parking, please make sure you read all posted signage.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
