Wellsona Friends Trip!

The house is beautiful! It looks exactly like the pictures. Everything was very clean and Avantstay treated us like we were at a five star resort. I would book this house again in a heartbeat. The view and the pool are amazing!

Great spot in Paso wine country. Perfect spot for families. Explore and enjoy the pool and fire pit. Would DEFINITELY stay again when in Paso!

Great stay! The house is clean and has plenty of seating for all of us. The property is beautiful and the view of the vineyard from the pool is unmatched. Would definitely stay here again!

Wellsona Escape

My family enjoyed staying at Wellsona. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. It’s a 15 minute drive from downtown on a vineyard with fantastic views! We watched the fireworks from the hot tub. We enjoyed the sunset every night by the fire pit. It could use a few more umbrellas by the pool and a safety bar for getting in and out.We would stay here again!

PERFECT FAMILY RENTAL

We stayed at this beautiful home with some family and children and it was perfect. The pool is ideal for kids since their is a shallow end they can play on and even a hole within the center of that shallow end to put the umbrella in. The home is gorgeously decorated and was perfect for our large group with ample space for everyone to enjoy!

Being surrounded by 40 acres of lush greeery (vineyard )in a beautiful home with great amenities, pool, jacuzz with an amazing outdoor space. Perfect for entertaining or just being away from it all in a quiet, gorgeous, & idyllic setting.

Gorgeous Home with Amazing Views

I went here with a group of friends for a ladies’ weekend. The home was beautiful and clean, the host very responsive to any needs, and the scenery is amazing. Wineries and restaurants within short driving distance. Would definitely book again!

We loved being surrounded by the vineyards. The backyard view is beautiful. The house is enormous with lots of space and great amenities. It is a short 5 mile drive from downtown Paso Robles. We are looking foward to coming back.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home and beautiful property. Great proximity to many wineries. Would go back! Cozy beds, tons of bathrooms, great kitchen and living area. Loved the pool! Only complaint is that there were a lot of bugs dead and alive in the house. The property manager was attentive and helpful.

Great stay!

Really accommodating for a group. Such a. Great backyard outdoor set up- we didn’t leave the house the whole weekend! Comfy beds, beautiful vineyard views from the pool and hot tub. Quiet at night. Definitely would come back to this venue! We loved that the bedrooms were spread out- everyone had their own space and bathrooms.

Paso birthday celebration

We had an absolutely wonderful time —the house is beautiful. And the property is beautiful as well. If you have 12 people staying, two people need to sleep on the couch because there are not enough beds. I would have liked the check out time on Sunday was a little bit later without having to pay extra —we were kind of scrambling to make sure we were up and out.

Exactly What We Wanted.

The house was perfect. The quality of the furniture, the grounds, and the house is of exceptional quality. The property mananger was very responsive to our questions. The setting was wonderful. Even my kids notice the beautiful countryside! The pool was the perfect temperature for chilling in the 100+ degree summer heat. Paso Robles, only 12 minutes away, provides everything you could possibly want while on vacation. We will definitely be back for another family vacation in the future!

Overall it was an amazing house! However we did have to call about how to take the pool cover off because there were no instructions on that and we could tell it was electric. We also had to call because non of the outlets in the bathrooms on one side of the house were working. This was very inconvenient because we had 12 girls trying to get ready, but the outlets weren’t working before we even started so that wasn’t the issue. They had to have an electrician come out. Otherwise it was a beautiful house and we really enjoyed the pool and the kitchen was beautiful.

Very disheartening

So much potential and its being neglected. We were denied hot tub access because we did not give a 72 hour notice and VACASA refused to give us the code. We had to drain he water off of the pool cover first as it had not been touch in weeks when it rained last. The pool was beautiful. Would have happily paid the 75 to use the hot tub, but Vacasa said no. Why would you rent this place and not use the the hot tub. Went to take a hot bath in the beautiful bathtub in the master suite......only luke warm water, our showers were only luke warm as well. The plugs did not work in the master bathroom, had to relocated to another bathroom to do my hair.Very poorly stocked, we had 6 teaspoons. Volitive candle holders for shot glasses. The toilet paper they provided was thicker than the paper towels. Lots of bugs in the garage where the ping pong table is located. Its just a garage, not a game room by any means. Windows and light fixtures were very dirty, so sad as it is a beautiful view from out side, but if in the house it was hard to tell. BBQ was filthy and again no power in the plug socket. Had to clean the large burner on the gas stove as it kept popping when turning it on.Overall not worth the money. Paso Robles has many other beautiful homes out there. Stay away from VACASA managed homes. I really hope the owner gets knowledge of this.

Great for a girls or couples weekend.

The pool and common areas in the house is amazing. The firepit was great too. We ended up hanging out in the pool the entire weekend. Please note that this house says it sleeps 12 people. There are 3 bedrooms in the house and a bed and couch in the guest house. The pull out couch in the house has no window covering and the room is very bright and couch is uncomfortable to sleep on. The sheets on both pull out couches were dirty. So if people can't sleep on the pull out couch I would bring an extra blowup mattress. (There is one in the guesthouse if you need it). Bedsheets and extra blankets are hard to find in the house. But they are there. Definitely not centrally located. Refrigerator either is too cold and freezes everything or too warm. Garbage smelled like fish, which made the entire house smell like fish. Dirty towels left in the laundry room for the prior guests. During our stay the guesthouse seemed to get less attention than the main house. There were dead flies everywhere. And spiders. Also smelled a little from not being aired out. Be careful for the curtain rods, they fall when moving the curtain. Although it was still a good weekend, I am not sure I trust Vacasa's level of cleanliness. Before arriving please make sure you have instructions on how to turn on the spa. We were charged $150 day for pool heat and didn't know how to turn the spa on and off.

Good spot overall, but management company is horrible to deal with!

Overall, the home is a decent spot—secluded, nice space for entertaining, and close to Paso. That being said, we had WAY TOO MANY PROBLEMS with this place: * The guest house was dirty overall and had earwigs everywhere. * The pullout couch mattress had a ton of earwigs scatter when we pulled it out—disgusting! * There were no extra sheet sets or blankets for the pull out beds. * The water tank ran completely dry and WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY WATER for the majority of a night and morning, until one member from our party was able to figure out how to manually turn on the well to fill the tank. * We had to flush toilets using buckets of water from the pool. * The jacuzzi heat kept turning off and the jets would not come on at all. * The water pressure was super low, especially when two showers were running. * The WiFi and internet did not work at all * The pool controls were confusing and far away from the pool—now the management company is trying to charging me extra for using the pool when all we did was try to use the spa (as we were told was ok) We also had a member of our party leave a purse and the management company will not let us go back to search for it, they said the cleaners may have taken it, and it has been 4 days without an update about the missing item or the full refund I requested for all the issues we had this weekend. I will never rent a property from TurnKey again.

BEAUTIFUL property and home. The pool and jacuzzi are magical at sunset overlooking the vineyards. The host was helpful with everything we needed and the home was spacious for our group. We will definitely be coming back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great home and layout for celebrating a retirement with a large family. The house is set up great giving everyone ample room. The newly updated kitchen and master are beautiful! The outdoor space is a great setting to unwind at the end of the day with a glass of a wine. The proximity to downtown makes it easy and convenient for dining, shopping, and tastings. We enjoyed our weekend get away!

Loved our stay in Paso Robles!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful time at this property and we can't wait to return. The house was beautiful, especially the nice open space with enough seating for everyone to sit around the dinner table and lounge in front of the TV/fireplace. All the bedrooms were spacious. We loved going for morning and evening walks around the vineyard when the weather was cooler. And the proximity to downtown and to the wineries was also great. The only minor gripe that we had was that the kitchen was not well stocked, which was a little disappointing because we cooked many of our meals at the house. There was no salt/oil/basic spices, and only a small number of pots and pans, but we were able to make do with what was there. All in all a fantastic stay!
