Weekend Golf Trip

House was perfect for our group of 8. Under property is great for hanging out and cooking. Very clean and comfortable and Kim was the perfect host.

Good location

Great stay used primarily as a place to work away from home during the week in preparation for a local wedding. Controlling the ac/heat was a bit of a struggle. Heat would come on and work great then, 5 minutes after it would automatically turn on the A/C. So we had a little bit of hot and cold.

Wedding stay

Property was perfectly located for our use. Plenty of kitchen items to use, etc. Everything was very clean and orderly except the floors. It seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned because our feet were getting very dirty just walking around inside. This was related to the host though, so hopefully that will be addressed for the future.

The Pass

Deferred maintenance a disappointment. Lawn needed mowing when we arrived but it was handled the next day. Cute place, loved the lake, convenient, great kitchen, great mattresses, TVs & movies great. Downstairs game room too hot to enjoy; privacy was great but no breeze possible & no ceiling fans. Enjoyed the chairs, shade, tables, etc by lake. Small space much more workable than anticipated. Host was remarkedly attentive & helpful. Sorry about my error saying the air fryer wasn’t there creating an unnecessary trip for host. I thought the air fryer was my son’s cooler & didn’t even look at it twice. My bad. Thank you for a remarkable weekend with my family.

Birthday & Anniversary Celebration

We had the most amazing time celebrating a 77th birthday and a 35th anniversary at this charming lake house! We created memories that will last a lifetime and relished the opportunity to escape from our busy lives and spend quality time with family. Our host was absolutely fantastic and ensured that we felt taken care of at every moment. The house was just the right size, with cheerful and modern decor that perfectly suited a lake house getaway. We laughed, loved, and smiled throughout our entire stay, and it was exactly what we all needed for our little escape to paradise. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and extend our heartfelt thanks to our host for her exceptional hospitality and accommodations during our stay.

Comfortable stay!

We spent a few days at Kim’s house and we really appreciated the cleanliness, comfort and location. It felt very safe. The living room is very comfortable. We enjoyed our evenings watch the big TV. The kitchen seemed stocked but we didn’t really cook or use the kitchen but to eat snacks. The bathrooms were stocked well with TP but you would need to bring your own soaps and shampoos. The beds and pillows were very comfortable to us! I slept great! The outdoor space is very cool, but we didn’t use it because we ran out of time. We had a good stay and would definitely stay again if we come back to the area. Kim was very receptive to our messages and wanted to make our stay a great one, and she did!

A great stay!!

We are moving to the area soon and came with our 2 sons ages 4 and 13 and my parents to look at properties. We have stayed many places and this one was great. I do recommend bringing your own beach towels if you plan to go to the beach and insect repellant as it’s on the water and the mosquitoes were out at night. Lol. But this house was so comfortable for us ALL!! It was so fully stocked with SO much in the kitchen. But the best part was the mattresses in EVERY room…all Memory foam. Seriously THE BEST beds!! I even asked the owners where they got them. Lol. Great communication, I didn’t need to contact them for any thought though. Smooth check in. A great stay!!

Family stay in Pas Christian

Good communication with host. Property was closely located to a family event we were attending. Home clean and accommodating. The room with the bunk beds is primarily for kids/teens. Would not recommend it for adult use. It worked out perfect for a 2 night stay.

Cruisin the coast

Our stay was fantastic, great property. Its a few blocks off of 90 and a great place to relax from the day. Absolutely wonderful back yard and more than enough room in the house. Definitely will not hesitate to book again! Fantastic host, great communication

Best host by far

Kim was by far the best host ever! I originally booked with another host for my dates only to get to the property the day of and have her cancel my reservations and had me stranded. I was so thankful I found Kim explained to her what had happened and she responded back quickly and she did everything possible to resolve my situation and I couldn’t thank her enough. She was definitely a blessing in disguise. I think I kept telling her that my whole stay. The property was definitely clean and ready when we got there. More than enough room for me and my 4 guests comfortably. Everything was so much easier and much more smoother dealing with Kim. I definitely would recommend her and her properties if you ever visit the area. I know I definitely will be booking again whenever I visit. Thanks again Kim

Property review

We had a great time at the property. Just a couple of things we noticed... The floors need a deep clean, flies are bad near the garbage cans and the ceiling fan in the master is out of balance, making it shake.

Perfect for what we needed!

We loved staying here. We had 5 kids and 5 adults. We had plenty of room and the kids absolutely loved the outside area.....fishing, fire pit, ping pong, hammocks, plenty of room to run. We would stay here again for sure.

This house was great for keeping my kids busy. Thry could all do different things at the same time.

If you love being by the water and just enjoy fishing then this is the place to be. Quiet neighborhood and still close to the beach. No big crowds in the area so access to everything was easy.

Beautiful home in great location

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It had all we needed and then some. It's in a great location; a short walk to the beach and near adorable towns with great restaurants.
