HOTEL

Hotel is in need of refurbishment with damaged floors in room and corridors also damage to fittings ie mouldings. On the plus side rooms were clean and of a good size location was only 10 minute walk from main night life and clubs but in a quite location

It was the worst experience ever!!!! When we arrived the toilet seat was still dirty and there was **** in the toilet.The room was dirty and the wooden floor had wholes. It looked like it was infested. At night we heared strange noises like rats running through pipes above us and something crawling under the floor. We couldnt sleep all night! And we even paid the extra prive for a better room with seaview!!! This hotel should be closed. I ld wish I could ask for refund bcs it was not cheap!!

all good except for the cockaroaches

the hotel was very pretty and the room was large and nicely decorated, the view and staff were amazing. the hotel was a little old and the bathroom had some mold. unfortunately when we came home after dinner our room was crawling with 5 cockaroaches (that we) saw. we booked another hotel and packed up then and there.

Quietest spot on the beach

Quieter end of a busy road. Upgrade to ocean view if you can afford, otherwise least expensive place on the beach. Great staff, easy in and out, you get your monies worth.

Perfect location for beach and very quiet.

The staff are very accommodating. I like the fact that you have your own access key to the hotel when you leave and come back after 9pm. My first experience was in room 312. Ocean view with padio my second room was 416 no view but very comfortable and extremely quiet. I would recommend this place to others as it is close to Bangla road and plenty of restaurants and pubs. The people on the street such as food vendors and the taxi drivers are alway willing to help if you want help.

Great location and great place to stay!

We booked this hotel last minute and we were very surprised with the location, right across from the beach. It was nice to see the fireworks at night from our balcony. Marc, the owner was so accommodating. We requested a bigger room and he gave us one with the balcony and nice view. He was also very friendly helping us plan our weekend at the islands. I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for somewhere cheap to stay or leave your things while you island hop.So glad we found this reasonably priced hotel. I would totally recommend it.

Location was great and the rooftop! I had two cockroach in my bathroom and one day there was no water like 3 hours. Otherwise it was good.

Keep looking. You can do better.

I don't expect much from a cheap hotel but this place has nothing going for it. The air conditioning hardly worked, the bar fridge didn't work, the room had been cleaned but not very well, the owner (french) positively went out of his way to insult me when I approached him with these issues. Think a continental version of Faulty towers BUT not in a good way.

Hotel is ok. Need some painting and repair. But hotel is right on the beach. Quiet and owners are friendly. Speak English, French and Thai. Try it at least for one night, you will love it.

Good Stay

It was an excellent stay. Located right on the beachfront,close proximate to Bangla street.The staff is courteous, helpful, she even directed to the next door travel desk, the gent giving us directions to the Indian restaurants etc.. giving explicit instructions as to how to open close the main gate.We got our food delivered to the door, as taxis are demanding plenty of money even to the next street. overally, the stay was splendid both in Phuket and the hotel. The name plate of the hotel does not show Ocean Patong, but cean hotel Patong.

Decent hotel for the price

It's a hotel facing the beach but just a small hotel to crash, for the price you pay there is nothing to complain. A budget hotel walking distance from Bangla road and all the bars

不错的度假

酒店位置很好，就在海滩边上，距离江西冷步行15分钟左右，入住在四楼靠右边的海景房，视野非常好，每天在阳台听海浪看日落，还有比这个更舒服的吗？房间设施比较旧了，但是干净，有冰箱，有保险柜，电视比较小，空调是中央空调，制冷效果好过头了，晚上盖着被子都会感觉冷，呵呵！酒店服务还可以，貌似我也没有要求什么服务，打扫卫生每天都会，小费20b放在枕头下面，结果没要，以为嫌弃少了，第二天100b还是没要，后面几天就没给了，呵呵！

Can't beat the view...that's all I really got!

My stay wasn't terrible, but it definitely wasn't the best. The hotel desperately needs to be remodeled. Their piping is old, the bathrooms are terrible, the linen is dingy and the air conditioning is not great! I had to borrow the fan from the reception area at night because my air was hardly working. My reservation was messed up so I had to move mid stay. I was upgraded for the inconvenience to a room with a balcony. The view was absolutely amazing!!! But the room itself left much to be desired, and was just a bigger version of the same dingy room I had on a lower level. The elevator doesn't work, so the trek up and down 4 flights was taxing especially with no working air in the common area. I wouldn't stay again, but if your budget is tight and you want to be steps away from the beach and you don't plan onspending much time in your room, I'd recommend it!

Great location - close to center but quiet

Great room- large, clean bathroom,and great view. It is a 10 minute walk to the main pub street but all the restaurants near the hotel had lower prices and excellent food. It is right on the beach and the street out front is easy to cross. We had an excellent stay. I will stay there every time I go to Patong

Photo mensongère

La chambre ne correspond en rien à la photo de la présentation. En effet, notre chambre était située entre deux immeubles et les fenêtres donnaient sur deux murs. Il doit y avoir une chambre par étage avec vue sur la mer. Climatisation bruyante avec en plus proximité de celle des immeubles voisins. Nous n'y sommes restés qu'une seule nuit sur les deux prévues.

Shocking

This was the worst hotel I stayed in ever. The staff were very nice but the room smelt like poo. The the water stopped working , which ment there was no toilet or shower.

Отель очень удобно расположен в 30 секундах от пляжа, на улице тихо , рядом нет ночных клубов по этому вечером находясь на балконе с видом на море ты наслаждаештся пейзажем )). Не плохое соотношение цены/ качества , не дорогой отель прямо на берегу с прекрасным видом, а все остальное мелочи жизни )))
