"Location its good but, for being 4 stars hotel need much more, the cleanliness of the rooms was not good, and the rooms lacked basic amenities like shampoo and a shower cap. The bathroom had water leaks from the sink and shower, and every time you showered, the entire bathroom floor would get flooded. On the first day, there was coffee, cream, and water, but after that, if you didn’t ask, they wouldn’t restock them daily." And On the first day, I complained at reception because the bathroom door wouldn’t close. Nine days went by, and no one repaired it or offered to move me to another room. The rooms are very small and don’t even have a basic desk to work on with a computer, balcon stremly small" "
