オーナーの男性は気さくで感じよかったです。 案内された部屋は断水するは、湯沸かし器が潰れるなど、トラブル続きで部屋を替えてもらったのですが、今度はテレビが液晶なのにデジタル放送が受信できず（初めの部屋は受信可）アナログのみで写りが相当悪くオーナーの奥さんに言っても改善できず、Ｗｉｆｉも繋がったり繋がらなかったりと設備の悪さが目立つホテルでした。

街の中心を少し離れているのでその分とても静かで快適に過ごせました。周りにレストランが無く少し不便でしたが、ビーチロードからこちらに移ってホッとした気分になりました。毎日ルームキーピングをしてくれてアメニティやミネラルの補充をしてくれました。オーナーの方の姿勢が感じられてとても満足しました。

Ist ein Familienbetrieb von 7 Übernachtungen würde 5 x geputzt. Wasser 2x bekommen. Lage ruhig schöner Pool 1 Sonnenschirm der sollte ersetzt werden. Sonst alles gut. Frühstück sollte man nicht buchen.

The staff is nice and proactive. It is quite and clean place with nature . The rates are affordable compare to the facilities provided with swimming pool ,tea kettle, with coffe.

Slechte service smerig hotel. Zeker geen aanrader.

Alles wat jr aanraakt gaat kapot en personeel doet alsof alles maar normaal is. Zonder schaamte laten ze je nog extra bijbetalen als je een uurtje later wilt uitchecken terwijl het hele hotel leeg staat.

Quiet, clean & friendly

This truly is a "garden resort" since finding noise, bright lights and crowds is no challenge in Pattaya. It is difficult to get around on foot but that is the price you pay for seclusion. Load a map on your phone and do a little foot research and you find that you can reach other areas more easily by avoiding the main roads. So. Pattaya Rd can be seen from the courtyard - 3 or 4 minute walk and catch a baht bus (thirty cent fare) to Big C Supercenter in 5 minutes, or the other way to Walking St/Beach Rd in 10 minutes . All the staff were so kind to me; breakfast is the only meal & menu is limited but consistently good. If you always have to be in a crowd then stay on Beach Rd or LK Metro. I like the respite and unbeatable price.

No soft drinks available in hotel, not allowed to bring drink in, so I had to leave premises to get a pop, and drink outside hotel, food not allowed in from outside hotel. A couple of guests ordered a pizza told by by manager outside food not to be brought in. So spoilt their time..though insufictiant on site restaurant, could go on though rather put it behind me.

มาเข้าพักที่โรงแรม 14 วัน พนักงานต้อนรับไม่ค่อยยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ไม่ค่อยทักทายแขก พนักงานทำความสะอาด ดูท่าทางขี้เกียจ ชอบนั่งเล่นแต่โทรศัพท์ ห้องพักไม่สะอาดเลย วันไหนวางเงินไว้ให้ ทำห้องให้สะอาดหน่อย วันไหนไม่มีทิป ทำแย่มาก ผ้าเช็ดตัวไม่เปลี่ยนให้แขกทุกวัน (มีหลักฐานค่ะ เพราะเคยเอาสีลิปสติกมาป้ายที่ผ้าเช็ดตัวก่อนออกจากห้อง พอกลับเข้าห้องก็เห็นพนักงานพับผ้าเช็ดตัวผืนไว้) ปลอกผ้าห่มเปลี่ยนให้อาทิตย์ล่ะครั้ง

Petite chambre très bien meublée Tv5 monde Grand lit car deux petits lits côte à côte mais peu pratique car sur roulettes. Isolation phonique désastreuse Accueil chinois déplorable. Aucun sourire ni bonjour en 10 jours Un peu éloigné de tout si on est à pied Piscine agréable de 1 mètre de profondeur

ผิดหวังกับรายการอาหาร ให้มาแบบกลัวขาดทุน

ราคาค่าอาหารที่บวกรวมกับห้องพัก ไม่เหมาะสมกับการให้บริการ ล่าสุดที่ไปพักมา ให้อาหารมา 1 ชุด แต่ปริมาณน้อนมาก ๆ ควรเน้นที่ปริมาณหรือความพอเพียงที่ลูกค้าต้องการ ถ้าเปรียบเทียบกับที่อื่น บางที่จะเป็นเมนูแบบบุปเฟ่ ถึงอาหารจะเมนูธรรมดา แต่ก้อพอแก่ความต้องการของลูกค้า ถ้าทางชบา เห็นว่ากลัวจะขาดทุนก็สามารถเพิ่มราคาได้ ไม่ใช่ให้อาหารมาแบบกลัวขาดทุน ล่าสุดที่พักมา เส้นใหญ่ผัดซีอิ๊ว แทบจนับเส้นได้เลย แนะนำว่าถ้ามาพักอย่างเดียวก็สะดวกดี แต่ถ้าต้องเสียค่าห้องบวกค่าอาหาร แนะนำว่า ไปหาทานเองสบายใจกว่าครับ (ขนาดน้ำ ยังมีให้แค่แก้วเดียวเล็ก ๆ ไม่มีมถามเลยว่าพอมั้ย ขาดเหลืออะไรหรือป่าว ผิดหวังครับ)

Rooms are dirty and staff no service

The room is dirty, pillow and bed sheet are will blood and dirts. Location is alright, not very convenient but with this price is fair I would say. Room is big enough but inside is old and poor.

Out Of Main Pattaya madness. Nice Roosters.

Hi, This hotel is away from the main Pattaya madness. But has Nice Roosters than can crow any time day or night. There is motorbike noise from the alley way nearby. There is no lift so be prepared to carry and baggage upstairs. No room service. Breakfast 8-10am, lunch 1-5pm. If you get hungry walk around to 7-11 or get some street food. I walked into town about 3km in the heat/smells/close road conditions. A motorbike can be had for about 60baht or less. Taxi was 250-300 for me. Could be cheaper if you ask for meter ride. Dont expect smiles from the staff, its not their style. The internet is up and down on a Laptop use Chaba Garden 1. Works pretty well on mobiles, i dont know why.

It's great hotel in my budget

Everything was great. I truly recommend, swimming pool was good and if there was no blackout because of the rain, it would be perfect.
