Amazing home, highly recommend

The staff are lovely people, friendly and polite. The home is amazing, kept very clean and tidy, alot of space for privacy. The pool was perfect. If you dont mind being a few klm away from the hustle and bustle, then this is the perfect home to sit back and relax.

Slice of paradise

This is a great property, just far enough out of town to escape the crowds but close enough to join it at anytime. The pool is fantastic, beds are great. I have nothing bad to say about our stay.

Just wonderful, everything you need available locally, £2-£4 for a taxi to bearly everything you hay want to visit. Great property 👌 looks exactly lije images , update on kitchen ware might be nice .

Wir sind sehr zufrieden, Unterkunft 1a , sogar mit Reinigung hätten wir niemals erwartet. Alles hat bestens geklappt. Wir sind toll aufgenommen worden. Der Service ist hervorragend.

I love this place

This is I think my 6th time I have stayed in this property and everything about it is first class. Great location, great villa and absolutely nothing can be faulted. The maid that cleans the rooms is an absolute star, always smiling and cheering you up. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in Pattaya. Loved every minute of it 👍

Goede locatie 5 minuten van het centrum met de motorbike taxi. Heerlijk om thuis te komen in de rust na een avondje stappen. Bedankt Martien voor de fijne tijd.

Great private villa

I stayed in the downstairs with the private pool and it was well worth it. Location is a bit hard to find by taxi but once you are there one time it’s easy after that. Great small restaurants, bar and convenience store close as well. Very quiet at night which was also a plus! It is located in south pattaya not north.

Die Villa ist ein Traum ❤️

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit dort verbracht, es sieht alles genau so wie auf den Bildern. Martin ist Spize, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Villa ist top, da erreicht man zu Fuß das Walking Street in ca. 10 minuten. Wenn man sich ein Traumvilma sucht dann diese. Ich kann die nur weiter empfehlen leute

As advertised

Very nice upscale unit. Immaculately clean, modern, secure and quiet. Walking to the beach is a challenge due to tight roads and many motor scooters but using Grab or taxi services solves the issue. After getting used to the streets we enjoyed the walk during the day giving us a feel for the non tourist areas. Plan to visit again.

파타야 오시는분들 여기 강추입니당 위치적으로 번화가는 아니지만 걸어서 오분거리에 세븐일레븐 있고 근처에 로컬 식당들 여러개 있고 밤 늦게까지도 사람들 있어서 안전하고 집은 너무 예쁘고 호스트 친절하고 연락도 빠릅니다 저는 여기 묵으면서 웨딩스냅도 촬영했어요 큰 빌라 안에 여러 호수가 있다고 생각하시면 됩니다 일층엔 2개 호실이, 2층은 안가봐서 몰겠지만 세네개 있는것 같아요 2층에 호스트 거주합니다 필요시 바로 피드백 가능 택시 부를땐 약간 걸어나가서 부르는게 좋습니다 일방통행이라 차가 헤매는 경우가 있습니다 15분정도 걸어가면 시장이 있어서 과일이나 식재료 사기 좋습니다 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 숙소입니다

It is not in a very good location roads very dangerous if venturing out on foot.

Was a lovely property would have been better if the outside area was cleaned as all the time we were there we hadto clean the tables and when we moved the chairs outside there was broken glass and loads of dirt underneath and chair covers could definitely do with a wash very stained and smelly swim towels could definitely do with replacing.

Zum wiederholten Male dort ,wie immer exzellent.

Wir waren mit 2 Familien den ganzen Juni, in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung . 2014 waren wir schon einmal dort. Ich muss sagen, die Wohhung ist noch immer im besten Zustand. Alles Besten alles funktioniert alles im neuen Zustand. Wer Thailand kennt weis , das dieses dort nicht selbstverständlich ist. Aber Martien , der Verwalter hat in der Villa alles im Griff und ein Auge darauf das alles gut erhalten bleibt. Es ist sehr wichtig das ein Verwalter in einem Ferienhaus vor Ort ist, hier in der Villa hat man ganz großes Glück das es es Martien ist ein wirklich wunderbarer zuvorkommender Mensch , der jeder Zeit greifbar ist und auch immer wieder mal nachfragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren schon öfter in Thailand auch in anderen Häusern die neu in Ordnung sind aber wenn man nach 3 Jahren wiederkommt ,schon verfallen sind. Diese Villa ist nach europäischen Standart gebaut und alles ist wie neu. Die Maid kommt täglich außer Sonntag und macht die Wohnung ,gegen kleines Geld wäscht und bügelt sie auch private Wäsche. Der Pool wird von Spezialisten regelmäßig betreut , Wasser gemessen ,Filter gesäubert und gechlort ? Eine Garage direkt im Haus steht auch zur Verfügung. Die Bilder sind authentisch und zeigen so wie die Villa ist. Es ist dort sehr ruhig , da das Haus sich in einer Sackgasse befindet. Dennoch ist man schnell im Geschehen . Ich kann die Villa mit dem besten Service von Martien nur weiter empfehlen. Danke Martien für die schöne Zeit in der Villa. Wir kommen wieder.

As beautifull as on the pictures

We had choosen the bottom of the house to take advange of the pool. And we just had a wonderfull time there: morning or noon on the swimming pool. Great rooms, designed with taste, well equipped, very quiet and at the same time not far from the principal road. Easy to find via bolt if you need a taxi.

Beautiful property

I would like to say I really enjoyed staying at the villa. It was a very cozy, beautiful and supplied me with the lifestyle I’m accustomed to when I travel. The staff was great, very helpful and interactive with me and my family.
