Masseria Colosso - Liama

The peculiarity of its shapes and the regard for the historic building, with the beautiful pool and the garden, make the ideal holiday home for a memorable vacation in Salento. Lamia is one of the three typical and finely renovated houses, part of a complex Masseria, in San Gregorio, marina of Patù, in Southern Salento, near Leuca and a few kilometers far from the Blue Flag sandy beaches of Salve.

Today it is a wisely renovated and finely furnished holiday home, with respect of its historic value without giving up the modern comforts such as the pool and the barbecue grill, which are shared with the other units. A covered patio, furnished with table and chairs, with view on the olive trees, welcomes the guests in the house that consists of a typical living room with television and characteristic relaxation area in stone, an equipped kitchen, a master bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The house is air-conditioned, equipped with mosquito nets and it can accommodate up to 4 guests.

With its pool and the large outdoor equipped spaces under the pine grove, near the fruit trees, olive trees and Mediterranean Scrub, the Masseria is 3 kilometers far from the bay of San Gregorio, a few kilometers from Leuca and a few minutes` drive from the beaches of Torre Vado and Pescoluse.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- Shared Pool available from June to September .
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared garden, washing machine and barbecue.
