Just a short drive from local tavernas, Moggonisi Beach and the port of Paxos, it offers the perfect base for couples, families or friends who want to relax yet remain close to everything. With sweeping sea, countryside, mountain, garden and pool views, this is a place where you can truly unwind and enjoy the best of island life from morning sunrise to evening sunset.
The villa sleeps up to 6 guests in three comfortable bedrooms, all with their own en-suite showers for extra privacy and convenience. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third offers a double sofa bed. Everything is set on one level, making it especially practical for families with children or guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Inside, you will find a welcoming lounge with air-conditioning and smart TVs (Netflix enabled), Wi-Fi, books and small games – ideal for relaxing evenings in after a day at the beach or by the pool.
The fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area make self-catering simple and enjoyable. There is a full cooker and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of utensils, along with both espresso and filter coffee machines (with starter capsules provided) for a proper morning coffee. A high chair is available for younger guests, and there is also the option of meal delivery from a nearby restaurant, so you can enjoy delicious local dishes without leaving the comfort of the villa.
Outside, the highlight is the private 8m x 4m swimming pool with sun-loungers, umbrellas and a shaded terrace – perfect for lazy days in the sun. There is a barbecue for al fresco dining, private parking within the grounds, and a lovely garden with trees, tended by a gardener from time to time. The owner lives nearby and is on hand if you need anything, and there is even an extra water tank in case of local shortages. With regular cleaning, fresh linen and towels provided twice a week, and car hire recommended to explore Gaios, nearby beaches and attractions such as the Gaios Museum, Areti-Elena Oxomeria offers a relaxed, well-equipped and friendly base for your Paxos holiday.
