An open kitchen is fully integrated into this level and is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this floor.

On the first upper floor, the first bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and is served by a private bathroom complete with a bath, shower, bidet, and WC.
