We had a wonderful stay at the beach house! It was incredibly cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. Carol was so welcoming, communicative throughout our stay, and provided excellent local recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again!

This was the best property we have stayed in so far. It is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed with everything you could possibly want for your stay. It is so peaceful and the hosts are charming and do everything they can think of to make sure you really enjoy your stay. We will certainly be back.

We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it to other travellers. The rooms was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made us feel at home straight away.The host was welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions, making our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was convenient and easy to access, which was a big plus for us.There are also shops and other amenities nearby, so everything we needed was within easy reach. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again in the future.

Had a wonderful stay at The Beach House. The hosts Carol and Simon were very friendly and welcoming, giving some excellent pointers to nearby attractions and food options. The space itself was beautiful, well-equipped and just what we needed for a relaxing time away. Waking up to see the sea through the window and balcony was just stunning. Very easy to find, convenient parking and all-round wonderful stay. Can’t wait to come back again.

We had the most perfect stay here! Carol and Simon were so welcoming and friendly and provided us with some local recommendations during our stay. The apartment had everything we needed for our trip. We had perfect weather the whole time and the view from the window was breathtaking. Would highly recommended and will hopefully return in the future.

I would give everything 6 stars if I could. The unit was peaceful and idyllic.It was warm even though it was very cold outside.The views were beautiful.The sofa bed was comfortable and the main bed was perfect.The hosts were very friendly and kind.

Très bonne communication avec Carol qui a été disponible pour nous accueillir et nous accompagner dans toutes nos questions. Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Accès à un parking gratuit sur place, vraiment très pratique pour se rendre à Brighton en bus. Je recommande sans hésitez.

The beach house is the perfect place to stay - it's lovely and cosy, has everything you need, with an incredible view and perfect location for buses into Brighton. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning!
