“Property is as advertised. Looked to be very kid friendly (we didn’t bring ours), with playground equipment. Our unit was well equipped, sans a bathroom (or any plumbing). But again, is as advertised. Hosts are readily communicative, friendly, and helpful.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in Seligman, AZ!!
The house had spacious common areas: living room, dining, kitchen, bathroom. The bedrooms were comfortable and had big closets. The location was just off a Main Street with lots of shops, restaurants and photo ops.
The only thing we had a hard time with was in the kitchen. There was plenty of dishwear available but no baking sheet for the oven.
Overall, super happy with our stay!”

“Great house with a nice backyard with pool and spa. It sits back up against route 66 and train tracks (on the other side of the highway, not close!) but is far enough away that theres no noise unless youre actually outside. Didn't hear anything overnight. The house had tons to do in the game room and TV has plenty of apps! it was situated in a nice area, not far from downtown kingman, perfect for day trips to seligman, Williams, oatman, and havasu. Marni and Dion were great hosts and came...

“When we arrived it was raining. The roof leaks in three places and the sliding door leaks too. We had to put the garbage cans under the leaks and listen to them drip for hours. It has obviously been leaking for awhile judging by the condition of the floor. My fiancé was extremely disappointed and upset about the accommodations. The host never responded to our message about the problem with the roof.”
