The spacious open plan living area is made for gathering, with a large lounge, cosy fireplace and air conditioning for year round comfort. The lounge flows seamlessly to the deck, creating an easy indoor outdoor connection.

At the heart of the home is a stunning kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar and seating for 4. A gas strut kitchen window opens out to the deck, making entertaining effortless and perfect for serving up long lunches or evening drinks.

Step outside to a beautiful deck with alfresco dining for eight, ideal for relaxed meals with family and friends. The fire pit area creates the perfect setting to unwind under the stars after a day by the sea.

A short 5 to 10 minute drive takes you to Umina and Ettalong for cafes, restaurants and shopping, while beautiful bush walks and national parks are right on your doorstep.

An ID check and security deposit of $2,000 will be required prior to check in and is refundable once the property has been checked for damages, accidents or non adherence to house rules.

Please note the yard is not fenced and there is a shallow creek at the rear of the property.
