Retro Beach House on Pearl Beach
- Contemporary, interior-designed coastal retreat located within walking distance of Pearl Beach on the NSW Central Coast, just 90-minutes drive north of Sydney.
Decorated by renowned interior designer and stylist, Roberta Easton, the original 1950’s beach shack has been lovingly restored into a modern beach house with a retro twist, large sundeck and garden.
Featuring comfortable furnishings, an eclectic collection of wall art and Kiwiana, this well-appointed holiday house is perfect for a beachside midweek break, weekend away with friends, couples escape, honeymoon, family holiday or writer’s retreat.
Walking distance from the beach, café, general store and the Sydney Morning Herald hatted restaurant, Pearls on the Beach. Close to nearby attractions including bushwalks, Bouddi National Park, Patonga and the Crommelin Native Arboretum.
No pets allowed.
Sheets and Towels are not provided. We can put you in touch with a local linen service if needed.

Beautiful home, very cosey. The rooms and the rest of the house were very clean and tidy. Check in was smooth, we really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need from blankets, beach towels, cups, plates, cutlery, games, cd player. Great attention to detail, with beautiful artistic vibe to it. Very close to pearl beach, you can just hear the waves from outside the house.

Feels like home away from home
Beautiful cottage with wonderful back garden for my dogs.
I love staying here and walking to the beach although my oldest dog can't make it down to the beach anymore.Just a happy place with lovely decor , close to the beach and shop, can't recommend it highly enough.

We loved this gorgeous little beach house. Fun, colourful, comfortable, stylish and so well equipped-especially for cooking. I would have loved to hang there for a few more days. Great back yard to while away the day.

Fabulous house
Perfect stay as ever in this homely beach house. Clean, comfortable, heaps of style and character. One of the best dog friendly places we’ve found in NSW. Highly recommend.

Fab Beach Getaway
Just a short walk to the beach and minutes away from great bush walks, this beautifully laid-out gem is a gorgeous place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely deck and backyard too.

Home away from home
Second time staying here and we have fallen in love with this property. Perfect size for our little family, well equipped, perfectly furnished and walking distance to the beach and local cafe. We feel at home as soon as we walk in the door. We look forward to staying again.

Quiet and peaceful get away
This is a lovely little cottage to stay in, extremely neat and clean, well appointed, and the decor is delightful. A quick walk to the beach, cafe and restaurant. A quiet and peaceful location for a getaway or some serious hiking. I would recommend it to all.
