Por dónde empezar ? Todo fue fantástico. Nuestra habitación estaba en el tercer piso y aunque no hay elevador Joseph nos ayudó a subir nuestro equipaje, demasiado atento y amable. El piso estaba hermoso todo en perfecto estado y demasiado limpio. Te dejan una carpeta con recomendaciones de todas las cosas como transporte, restaurantes, etc. honestamente todo fue perfecto!

Overall a gem. The location is perfect with access to the train station, the royal mile and market street. Quiet and great rooms. The only complaint is the small and slow elevator, which is nothing. Will be staying here again, loved the hotel and the staff
