Le carrelage de la piscine au fond est complètement éclaté et les carreaux casses sont toujours dedans , la chambre mériterait un coup de jeune et la salle de bain aussi. Pour le ménage peut mieux faire. Par contre le personnel très souriant et très sympathique. L'hôtel est bien placé proche commerces, plage, et restaurants

Got good poisoning at the restaurant connected to the hotel. Bathroom had mold and water leaked under the glass door all on the floor. Great location.

The property is located in such a great location. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The bathroom is a little old and the shower needs work. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. It was a great price and great location!

We had an excellent stay at Ashana. It’s in a great location and has an amazing restaurant next to the hotel. The property condition is very run down. The bathroom had a leaky tap and the shower had next to no water pressure with no hot water. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Accueil correct, Le menage na pas ete fait le lendemain, ni de mise a disposition des bouteilles d'eau. Pas de poubelle de vidée non plus La douche etant dans les wc, tout etait inondé a chaque fois, la poire de douche est tellement encrassée que les jets allaient sur les murs et non sur nous... le lavabo est a hauteur d'enfant.

Staff were friendly, and room itself was decent however the washroom (plumbing/sewer system) has a terrible smell which isn't uncommon around the area but it is not great. Convient location however.

The staff is nice, the location is really good, the room is big and spacious. I loved the pool area and my own little yard. It was clean, green and there were beautiful flowers too. AC was a bit lazy and the shower could have been better, it was so lazy. But overall good value for money.

Når man tager prisen i betragtning, var det et ok hotel. Er hvad man kan forvente til den lave pris. Hvad stedet mangler på komfort opvejes til fulde af den service der er på stedet. Meget hjælpsomme uanset hvad man spørger om hjælp til.

The location is great, and the bed was really comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. The pool area was a highlight—perfect for relaxing. However, the bathroom could use some attention, as there was a bit of a smell, and the door was difficult to open and close due to being broken. Additionally, there was a small leak in the faucet. With a few minor fixes, this place would be even better.

Notch above a back packers

Good location but a really run down hotel which is a notch above a backpackers. Rooms were tired, bathrooms functional but gross and linens and pillows pretty old. The owners (wherever they are) should think ahead given this stretch of Uluwatu is about to boom- they're sitting on a gold mine! We came knowing what to expect, so if you're in that frame of mind it's probably doable; just book somewhere nice after your stay!

Location is great.. walking distance to Thomas Beach, market and many restaurants. The room itself was dated. WiFi was poor. No fridge, no hair dryer, no extra toilet paper. The shower and toilet are all in one room so on top of the humidity already, any humidity from the shower dampens any toilet paper or towels. We had to ask for fresh towels daily ( they don’t just restock).. same with cleaning - your room only gets cleaned if you ask which is fine most times, but not when you are located on sandy beaches. The beds were quite hard. And did I mention no fridge or coffee pot? Warm water for everyone! The pool looks fine until you step in .. cracked tiles on the pool floor. As much as the location is great, I would not recommend staying here again.

We had a really fantastic stay here. Although we will say that the first run that we were put in did have a really funky strange smell and so we did ask to be changed to another room and they really swiftly changed us to a new room. This showed really good customer service, which was greatly appreciated. But it was strange that the other room had such a strong smell. I don’t know how to explain the smell, but it was just very overpowering of something anyways once we remove to our new room with no extra charger, which is great we had an awesome stay. It is a really central area near lots of restaurants and a market down the street. And also walkable was the view of the ocean and if you walked down a bunch of stairs, you could see a little Cove inlet that a lot of people went surfing at. Super accessible to use grab or gojek to book a car. So overall of your great experience.

A beautiful pool in a very basic hotel

When I first arrived and got taken to my room, what hit me straight away was how nice the pool was. That was about as good as it got though really. Although the bed was comfortable, the rooms need some tlc and the Carousels need a seriously clean. I stayed for 6 nights and my room didn’t get cleaned once. I had to ask for additional towels otherwise I would have had to use tie same ones every day. It’s in a decent location with a short walk to beach and is reasonably priced. Just needs some looking after.
