The beautifully landscaped, fully fenced grounds include a private pool (saltwater, 10m x 4m, depth 1.2m-1.5m) with infinity edge and jacuzzi (chlorinated water, 3m x 3m, can be heated at an extra cost), a shady gazebo for al fresco dining complete with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and pizza oven, a beautiful manicured garden and an olive grove.

Trains from Pontedera (22km) will get you to Florence in 40 minutes or Pisa in 15 minutes.

The nearby resort of Castelfalfi (7km) offers some excellent restaurants, a wonderful spa and a great adventure park for climbing enthusiasts. There are some excellent wine producers in the area, with wine tastings and visits to the cantina available.
