“Door to apartment was a bit hard to open. Was a bit of a walk around to access alaparment via lift/ reception. Easier/quicker access would have been nice, but overall very happy with our stay. Will definitely recommend to others and stay there again if needing to travel to Mandurah”

“Location was good, not as close to the beach as advised by others. Parking was easy and a nice surprise with our room being serviced.”

“The property itself was fine. However Expedia photos show a water view which was not the case with the room. Check-in was delayed because the room was not cleaned.(around 30 minutes). Rubbish was placed in paper shopping bags at the end of the corridor near entrance to the room over night (possibly by other guests but not cleared by staff) which was not ideal.”

Unfortunately, the property looks nothing like the photos advertised online. It is extremely outdated and in poor condition. There were patches of paint all over the walls, ripped curtains, and the couch was dirty and smelt strongly of mould, which made the place feel unhygienic and uncomfortable.
