On the ground floor, you will find 1 bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm, offering direct access to the garden. The floor also includes an open kitchen fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a shower and WC.

The upper floor hosts the living and dining room, complete with a dining table and satellite TV, with access to the balcony. This level also contains 3 additional bedrooms: 1 room furnished with a French bed of 160 cm with its own shower and WC and access to the balcony, 1 room with 2 beds and access to the balcony, and 1 further room with 2 beds.
