“There are multiple rooms available to sleep in. All have sheets and other linens and towels for shower and beach. I do reccomens when you get there to turn the AC on and let it run for a while, go and explore. It took an entire day for the downstairs to be cool enough to sleep. “We booked this house for a family trip with 6 adults and 2 small kids and it was perfect. We had plenty of room for everyone, and lots of extras were provided…beach chairs and mats,towels, and sand toys. There were goggles for the pool and sunscreen and mosquito prevention. It’s a bit tricky to get to, because it’s up pretty high, but the view is awesome. The host, Jens, was very responsive to any questions we had. We love the area of Ojochal/ Uvita so this was perfect. “Am besten nicht über Expedia buchen, da der Inhaber die Unterkunft hier nicht selber angeboten hat. Der Inhaber war aber sehr freundlich und hat uns trotzdem übernachten lassen. Auch die anderen (Langzeit-) Bewohner waren super freundlich und offen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend und sauber. Der Weg zum Strand dauert ca. 20 Minuten. ”

“Great stay! The management team is exceptional! The house is pretty new and clean. Neighbor houses in the development are pretty close but most of the time we had little or no noise from neighbors. Strongly suggest 4x4 vehicle as the 15 minute drive up from the highway is steep and rough( typical for CR mountain houses). Daily macaw and toucan views from the house and frequent howler monkeys nearby. Definitely would return. Good value for the price. ”
