However, despite the high price we paid for our stay, we were barely able to enjoy the pool because it started to empty in the middle of our stay. The hotel staff told us that the next day they would solve the problem, which was the case, however we could not properly enjoy our honeymoon, and they did not offer us any other type of alternative or discount on the price, for not having enjoyed the stayed as expected. “Friendly helpful people, great view, lovely warm swimming pool and very clean room/bathroom. Breakfast was just an average. Pancakes were very disappointing, and the eggs were nothing special. Overall, great stay. We would happily stay here again, no question.”

“Las habitaciones tipo cabaña son preciosas. Nos sorprendió mucho el lugar en general, tanto que fue nuestro alojamiento preferido en todo el viaje a Indonesia. La piscina, el trato con el personal, súper amable y de gran ayuda. Y los detalles, como dejar cada mañana una ofrenda/incienso en la puerta de la habitación, bebida al llegar... Sin duda para repetir. ”

“Nos hemos decepcionado un poco por el estado de la habitacion, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, la limpieza no era optima, las instalaciones eran antiguas. Nos gustaría destacar la imagen del manager “Putu” !increible! trabajador incansable, amable y atento con todos sus clientes. En general es aceptable el hotel, lo recomendariamos, deberían mejorar lo anterior expuesto.”

“I loved the hotel. The staff was very very helpful arranging transportation and helping with everything. The bungalos are beautiful, the bathroom is incredible. It was a little bit far from the town, but there are restaurants around, and they will help you with the transportation at any time. I really recommend it.”

“This property is a hidden gem at the end of a dusty road, a quick walk away from the Tamarind beach. The owners are clearly very proud of their little hotel and it makes for an absolutely wonderful stay. Breakfast is simple but hearty, the pool is a cool haven on a hot day, and the courtyard is an enclave of peace and quiet. ”

“We had the Villa Bunga perfect for large families with great sized personal pool. 3 large bedrooms all with own ensuites. The view from the balcony over Lembongan beach is amazing. Restaurants at the top or bottom of stairs. This Villa had it all definitely recommend Aqua Nusa.”
