I specifically look for properties that have a fireplace. The property was very clean and check in was easy. The rate was a little pricey but I am guessing it is because it was a holiday weekend? “There was 11 of us staying at the Riverview house and we fit perfectly. Ages ranged from 1 to 64. The house was very clean and was well stocked with cooking supplies and bathing supplies. The view of the river is amazing with lots of boats passing through. The field next to the house was great for some family sports like baseball and football. “Super cute place, very quiet and serene and private. It is a little bit of a hike up to the treehouse (as it should for a treehouse!) so prepare for a rest break on your way up if you bring anything heavy with you, haha! I dropped a star for communication with the owner only because you communicate via another platform with them, and it was tough to know where to email questions and when to anticipate a response, though we did connect eventually!
