Apartment 'Pellwormer Rosen Hus' with Shared Garden, Balcony and Wi-Fi

The holiday home 'Pellwormer Rosen Hus' offers around 90 m² of space for up to 4 guests. Children aged 10 and above are welcome, as a narrow staircase leads to the upper floor.



On the ground floor, you will find a hallway with a wardrobe and shoe cabinet, as well as a cosy living room with a sofa set, flat-screen TV, music system and DVD player. A selection of books and DVDs is available. There are plenty of reading lamps and space for a laptop. The dining room features a large table for up to 6 people and two comfortable armchairs in front of the wood-burning stove.



The ground-floor bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, mirror and storage options.



The compact fitted kitchen is fully equipped for daily cooking and dining, including a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender and dishwasher. In the hallway, there is an extra seat for a quick snack.



The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail. Cosmetic mirror, hairdryer and toiletries are provided. There is also a guest WC.



The utility area includes a washing machine (available for an extra charge), drying rack, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies.



Upstairs, reached via a narrow staircase, you will find a gallery with a workspace (LAN connection) and views to the north of the island. The upstairs bedroom features two single beds, a sofa with table and a flat-screen TV. From here, you can access the balcony with additional seating.



Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Bed linen and towels are included. 'Rosen Hus' is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
