This welcoming apartment in Valladolid is designed for up to 5 guests and offers a practical, comfortable layout for both short and longer stays. It features two bedrooms: a main bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds. In the living room, there is also a sofa bed for one extra guest.

The living and dining area is bright and comfortable, creating an easy space to relax after a day out. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender and other essentials, making it easy to prepare anything from breakfast to dinner at home.

The apartment also includes a private bathroom stocked with towels, shower gel, shampoo and hand soap, as well as WiFi, air conditioning, gas heating and an extra fan for added comfort.

Beyond the town itself, Peñafiel works very well as a base for discovering the wider area, with vineyard landscapes, nearby villages and day trips through the Ribera del Duero. Valladolid can be reached in around one hour by car, making the location convenient for guests who want a quieter stay without giving up access to larger city plans.

We recommend visiting Peñafiel and the surrounding area by car, especially if you would like to explore nearby wineries, villages and countryside routes at your own pace. The town itself is easy to enjoy on foot, while having a car makes it much easier to discover more of Ribera del Duero and plan day trips around the province. Valladolid is around one hour away by car, making this a convenient base for combining local charm with wider regional travel.

Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
