The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. The bathroom light where a heat lamp should have been had the wiring and no lamp. The room blew a fuse when we only had one light on and I tried to blow dry my hair. The staff fixed the breaker but it blew again.

Absolutely disgusting
We took one look inside the room & no way would we stay there. Not as described for sure. Holes in ratty, disgusting bedspreads that no hostel would use. Beat up furniture looked like came from a dump. Unbelievable and of course no refund. Ashamed of Hotel.Com for listing them. I would never my dogs in there let alone us.

Great beds!
Only stayed for one night, but the bed was incredibly comfortable. It is an older hotel with older fixtures, but it was clean and the staff were friendly. I would stay here again. I have spent more money for a newer hotel with modern conveniences and did not sleep near as well.

Friendly check in, room was comfortable but did smell a little like smoke. Location was pretty and convenient to food/gas stations

Made reservation month in advance got a room with no refrigerator or microwave but was available for an upgrade cost. TV was stuck on volume 1 and would not go up. Have stayed here 4 times and never had an issue. Really went down hill

DO NOT STAY HERE!
They took 5 minutes to come out for us to even check in. We get checked in and there was easily 50 bugs in my friends from and at least 15 in my room. We told them about it and they handed us a broom. They need to exterminate this. That was disgusting. They said we have to deal with it. No different room and no refund. Worst experience ever with Motel 6. I will never stay there again. The ceiling is about to cave in on the 2nd floor. Lady up front was extremely rude! Most uncomfortable bed for 125 a Piece for a one queen bed room. Ridiculous! You should not even advertise them on this site! Makes me want to use a different site next time!

Dirty floor. door had gaps around it. A/C was off when I arrived at 930 (100 degree day) at night and it took until the early morning hours to be cooled, about the time I left it got cooled down. hole in the wall. the face plate where the A/C was plugged in was missing. The bathtub drain was just a hole no grate. The sheets and towels were clean. So that is a plus.

There were so small they were like throw pillows. It was dirty and smears on the wall. Internet did not work properly. They were painting the outside walls and got white paint spatters all over Rocky's black truck. Worst experience ever!!

From the start the staff didnt want to do there job as we pull up it makes you feel unsafe and like all the traffic they had between them and dennys with people on drugs my room for the price i cpuld have stayed at a way nicer hotel i was only in tow. To see a family memeer in the hospital but i expected way better service and not all the noise ALL night long it was by far the worst motel 6 i have ever stayed at will never see that place again nor would i recommended this place to anyone anywhwre else in town wpuld have been better or at least a coffee pot in the room it didnt even have that to wake up to

Motel is convenient for easy off and on I-84. There are several dine in and fast food restaurants nearby. I made a reservation via Expedia. When we arrived, there was no one at reception. No bell to ring. After 7-8 minutes, I went to get my phone from the car to call the number for the Manager that was on a card at reception, because I didn't know what was going on. I was explaining this to my husband and a young woman walked up behind me and said "I'm right here." She goes in the staff door, and then comes out behind the reception desk. No hello, no welcome or how can I help you. Just "What do you need?" I provided my Expedia confirmation info, and she said "I don't have a reservation for you." So, I said "Should I call Expedia"? And she replied "I'm not going to give you a room based on talking to someone on the phone." So, I asked her what I could do to help. She then said she was going to check the other computer. While she was gone, I called Expedia. I asked if they had forwarded the reservation, and the Expedia agent said everything on the reservation looked fine. I had prepaid Expedia. About 5 minutes later she comes back. She is complaining about the systems not working. Then she says "I need your ID." So, I said "Please" and handed her ID. She then said "I said please three times." Which she had not. She then said "I don't even know if I have this room available." Seriously needs customer service training or a new line of work.

Terrible and gross
This place was discusting. Who knows when the fridge was last cleaned out. There was black hair in the shower wall and the floor was dirty. I never saw anyone at the counter except for check in and my in room phone didn't work along with several light switches and a noisy bathroom fan. I just hope the sheets were changed for us. Will never stay again.

The staff was very helpful. On a busy Friday night When I realized my old dog couldn’t climb the stairs they changed my room to a nice ground level room.
