    La casa cuenta con un amplio plan de piso abierto con grandes ventanales con vista al lago que ofrece impresionantes vistas a la montaña. Totalmente amueblado con WiFi, 2 televisores LED grandes y mucho espacio para familiares y amigos en interiores y exteriores. The vacation home we rented from Mark and Emily was great! The house faced the lake with mountains behind it, beautiful! The house was very clean along with the surrounding areas of yard and dock. The depth of the water was good, we were able to dock our boat and kids had fun jumping off dock and boat. The house was very well stocked, we were happy with all the little extras available for us to use. Also our host was very prompt in responding to us when needed.

This was an AMAZING family vacation with great host who communicated everything from the ins and outs of the property to the lay of the land and hot spots to go. Best view on the lake in a peaceful cove! House was beautiful and the layout was perfect. Plenty of seating both indoor and out.

Nice and calm place perfect for a large group or a family trip. It has a large living room everyone can hang out with, and there’s plenty of space for small group entertainment as well. Def recommend if you’re visiting the SML.

We had a wonderful time with our 4 adult children and families! The house was so amazing! We spent our days on the boat we rented scouting good fishing and private swimming coves. In evening we cooked together and enjoyed a beautiful fire!

Ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature

The location on Smith Mountain Lake provided beautiful views from all angles. The property was well maintained, stocked with all the necessities, and had plenty of space for large family gatherings.

Perfect

Chateau Relaxeau was the perfect lakehouse for our family of 13. From the size to the supplies, all was great. The kitchen is so well stocked with just about anything you need. We had a wonderful stay!

Great Lake house

Beautiful view of the lake from a wonderful house that suited our group (2 families) perfectly. We rented a boat from a local marina and tied it up to one of the floating docks and used the other for fishing. Great stay - would definitely come back!

Great experience!

We stayed for a long weekend in April 2024. The check in process and communication from Emily before during and after our stay was great! We LOVED the views and the dock was great for our rented pontoon boat. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

The location is private and peaceful. We enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. House was roomy and laid out in a way that gave family members their own space. View was spectacular!

This property has an amazing view. The owners provided great details about the property and the surrounding area. The house was very clean and comfortable for our extended family group of eight adults. We enjoyed the use of the paddle boards and kayaks, and docking our rental boat was very easy. The cove is quiet and the outdoor space felt very private. Overall, we had a great week at this property!

Amazing!!

Mark and Emily have such a gem of a spot on smith mountain lake!! They are responsive and the house is located in such a great area of the lake. Tip, please get up early and see the beautiful sunrise! The view is incredible!
