“The check-in time is 3:00pm based on the online information. We arrived at 3:00 and we were told by the staff at reception that the room was not ready yet, and it would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. After 15 mins, another family arrived and they were told the same thing and the reason provided, was being short-staffed. We waited another 5 minutes, and the room was not still ready. The office of General Manager was beside the reception. I went there and asked the GM if he was aware of the delays...

“Clean, modern, great stay.....TV coulda been bigger”

“The building inside and outside are old and different from the photos. The interior was clean but not well maintained. The elevator was making loud noise and strange sounds both when start moving and stopping. The main light over the ceiling in our room was not working and had not been fixed. Breakfast was good and the staff who served us food at Bistro was very polite and friendly.”

“Staff was very helpful with info about the area and was flexible when we needed early breakfast and coffee. Only negative is that your outside shoes had to be removed when you entered the house — inconvenient— but overall an excellent place. Highly recommend.”
