“The location of the site was close enough (15 minutes) to downtown and amenities by car. Inside the property was clean, and modern but was unfinished and unpolished. We could make do with the cooking supplies (ie crepe pan or a pot for cooking eggs). Curb appeal could also use some cleaning up. Weeds coming up through the front steps and broken patio furniture first greets you. There were no toiletries or hair dryer but communication with the owner was good that he ran it over.”

“Room wasn't properly cleaned and made ready. Issue was resolved easily enough. It would be a nice stay in the summer but it's not easily accessible and if there are people above it can be loud. Also, the thermostat settings for a basement apartment in Newfoundland in February need to be changed. You wake frozen”

“This was a perfect location for me to spend time with my son who attends MUN. The trails nearby provided beautiful views and a nice way to get to Signal Hill. We could make meals together in the well-equipped kitchen and each had comfortable bedrooms. Thanks to Todd for providing such a comfortable home base!”

“We really enjoyed the apartment. It was very clean and very spacious. Steven was very responsive to messages. We did have an unfortunate issue with parking. We received a $40 parking ticket for being on the wrong side of the street where cleaning occurred. After googling the rule, we learned that according to day of the week, this determined which side of the street you can park on.
