“Una opción muy buena para ospedarse por la zona de Shinjuku”

“I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say...

“Very spacious by Tokyo standards. I liked that it had three full beds for the whole fam. Fully set kitchen and fridge for any cooking you want to do. AC works exceptionally well which was nice at the end of a hot and humid day. A bit off the beaten track but easy to get everywhere with different subway stations within a 10 minutes walk. It felt very safe here. ”

“Segundo periodo en el que estuvimos alojados en este establecimiento durante nuestro viaje. Al ya tener experiencia para realizar la entrada no nos fue difícil. El contacto con el hotel lo realizamos siempre a través de correo electrónica. No hay recepción en la entrada pero no tuvimos inconvenientes. Mi comentario puede ser el mismo que el anterior. Muy buena zona para alojarse, bien comunicado. Cómodo, con espacio reducido pero suficiente para alojar 4 personas. Dispone de lavadora, pequeño...

“Plenty of room ”

“Man hat alles im Raum was man braucht. Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Herdplatte, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Föhn etc. Die Lage ist sehr gut, gute Verbindungen mit der Bahn (Hatsudai Sta.) 5min mit Keio New Line bis Shinjuku Sta. Sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem schön ruhig. Check In und Check Out waren unkompliziert. ”

“Nice facility with elevator. The AC was good helped with this heat. Kitchen is lacking frying pan and cooking utensils. Bathroom is big and has washing machine. Unit is very convenient to shopping and restaurants…and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. We had a late flight and owner allowed us to check out at noon. ”

“The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable for our stay. The host was very communicative ahead of our arrival (unfortunately the Expedia app made it impossible for me to respond) and he provided a guide with check-in/out instructions, and information on using the amenities. They were a great host! The location is an easy 10-15 min walk to a number of subway and train stations which made exploring a breeze. ”

“The space was a great size and very comfortable in a quiet area close to the heart of Shinjuku. Lots of fun bars and coffee shops around. Would highly recommend!”
