“My friend and I enjoyed out brief stay at the seed INN. My only complaint was that the light up sign for the establishment was right outside our window, which let in a lot of light at night. And there were no blackout curtains. Not good if you didn’t bring a sleeping eye mask. Other than that, from check-in to check-out, the process was streamlined and the property well maintained.”

“The accommodation was excellent, the only thing missing which was not a deal breaker was the elevator . Heavy luggage up and down the stairs is a pain. However the room was clean, well stocked with essentials as well as extra. The staff was very nice and respectful. Attentive to the needs of the clients. We love the location that it is so near to everything. If given the chance I will come back to Q rooms in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family as well.”

“Building was OK, in 12 days they never did the cleaning, me and my dad are allergic to dust and mites, we had terrible staying because of this, we were with allergies all the time while in the room and the Internet never worked”

“Great space with kitchen, washer/dryer lounge area. Clean and modern right in the heart of shimokitazawa. A bit of residual noise from the band venue downstairs on one of the nights( ear plugs amenities provided). There are no accommodations for luggage drop or storage.”
