"El personal muy atento y agradable, sobre todo en recepción. Las habitaciones muy limpias. El baño de la primera habitación un poco pequeño. El de la segunda habitación, más grande. Está muy cerca del Puerto y muy cerca del centro de Ortigia. El desayuno no tiene mucha variedad para ser un hotel de 5 *. El parking justo enfrente del hotel, muy cómodo. La playa del hotel está al otro lado de ka bahía. Si vas en coche debes buscar punta magdalena. No hay ninguna indicación para la playa privada. Eso deberían solucionarlo."
