“A lovely stay ”

“It is a short distance from the beach where we surfed the entire 5 days of our stay there and all the shops and restaurants in Tamarindo. Price of food at restaurants was extremely overpriced and I appreciated that the apartment has all the basics to cook a meal. AC worked great, nice small but clean pool. Also had parking available and staff was very accommodating. I hated the noisy metal framed stairs to the loft and we can hear the next door "neighbors" go up and down plus their voices...

“Being connected to the Diria Hotel provided wonderful access and amenities. Lovely pools, amazing sunsets. Host was very responsive dealing with a plumbing issue that arose. Comfortable and roomy place. Pictures represent it well.”

“Fabulous layout of the space, well furnished and decorated. 2-minute walk to the beach. Having a pool was a very nice amenity as well. We loved it! We did have a minor issue with the TV and dishwasher, but we contacted Gustavo and he came over right away and took care of it for us. Thank you for the great experience!”

“This property was beautiful. Close enough to walk to things but far enough away to feel secluded. Loved waking up and sitting on the beach drinking coffee. Hammocks during the afternoon thunderstorms were fun. This was an incredible space for our anniversary/birthday trip. ”

“En términos generales bien. Buena ubicación. Le faltan aún detalles para que sea mejor. Terraza no tiene luces para pasar la noche y en el día es muy caliente la terraza. Se nota y se ve ve un poco ya el deterioro y años en la propiedad. Nos salieron unas cuantas cucarachas en la sala durante la estadía.”

“Very good location. Close to everything if you have a form of transportation. Walking distance to the beach. Nice secure neighborhood.The property shows some wear and details need replacement or maintenance. The pool area has a nice seating area, it could use more light at night.We enjoyed our stay.”

“Potrero is our go to spot and this accommodation is the best so far. The property manager Arturo was there to meet us at check-in and was always available whenever we had questions. The unit had everything we needed but was also within walking distance of all of the best restaurants. The added bonus of being able to step out on the beach in the morning was the highlight of the stay. ”

“Wi--Fi was great. AC was good, although the AC in the bedroom did leak onto the floor. About half the time we could park in the lot, the rest of the time had to park on the street, though that was not a problem. Plenty of beach towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool just outside front door was always clean and refreshing.”

“We absolutely loved our stay. We read all the online reviews so we knew exactly what to expect. For us however, because we surf, it was underrated on just how convenient it was to our surfing! We will definitely be back. The only issue we had; In December when I made my initial payment it was on a card I had to claim Fraud on, issuing me a new card. I had sent the owner messages making sure my new card transferred and it did not, causing frustrating trying to check in. I just wish I...

"Es el hotel con la vista más impresionante de Tamarindo. Un hotel sin lujo extremo, pero con las condiciones óptimas de un hotel de cadena. El personal es extremadamente amable y servicial. El Happy Hour genial. Las habitaciones limpias con buenas camas y almohadas. El hotel está ubicado en lo alto de una loma y a unos 10 minutos a pie hasta la playa. Bajar es fácil, pero el regreso a pie es pesado, por lo que el hotel ofrece un shuttle ida y vuelta al centro de Tamarindo y al club de playa, que uno tiene ingreso gratuito. Me encanta que tiene el desayuno incluido. Creo que este hotel es perfecto para apreciar la naturaleza y tener la paz de no estar en el centro. Mi única queja es que el Internet no es muy bueno y que, a pesar de que hay closet, no hay una mesa o armario con gavetas. "
