“One of the best snorkeling places .the reef is long because Sierra and Savoy share the same beach. We had a very nice first diving experience thanks to Mr. Wael and captain Osama. The beach staff are very nice, welcoming and helpful. Our check in was very smooth and since we arrived at midnight they offered to send us to the room a small dinner like cheese and bread and some sweets. they even gave us free bowling tickets and free ice skating tickets and free sauna and jacuzzi as welcoming...

“Las instalaciones en general no están mal, pero el personal de hotel es terrible. Literal no tienen ni tantito ganas de ayudarte en absolutamente nada. Te dejan hablando , nunca te atienden”

“El hotel esta espectacular el personsl en genersl.es muy amable y siempre estan a la disponibilidad de ayudarte pero recepción deja mucho que desear. 1. No se dan abasto para atender a todos en el check in. 2. Su servicio de taxi que ofrece es pesimo y ni te contestan el whatsapp y preguntamos en recepción y no supieron resolver. La playa es espectacular no dudes en quedsrte en este hotel.”

“Un soggiorno perfetto. All’arrivo ti accoglie un profumo di pulito e di freschezza, cocktail di benvenuto ed estrema gentilezza del personale di reception. La struttura è davvero perfetta in tutto, non cambierei nulla, se non sostituire le vasche da bagno con docce più moderne .. è c’è un po’ da migliorare l’insonorizzazione delle camere . A mio avviso il programma di animazione da rivedere , poco coinvolgente e pochi spettacoli serali. Lo consiglio definitivamente a tutti, perché su tutto...

“Está muy bien en todos los aspectos, para descansar, con buenas piscinas, el buffet está bastante bien, un poco caótico con los camareros, pero nada grave, y la playa, muy chula, aunque con la marea baja, se queda sin agua y hay que adentrarse hasta la barrera de coral, pero no es problema. Recomendable 100%.”
