    Lago Wildwood es una comunidad privada en el Sierra colinas. Situado en la ciudad de Penn Valley (cerca de la autopista 20) es una comunidad boscosa preciosa enclavado en torno a un lago privado de 300 acres.

    A 15 minutos de la pintoresca ciudad de Grass Valley (Hwy 49) y sólo 1 hora a Lake Tahoe y 2 horas de la East Bay y San Francisco hace de este lugar un gran escapada de vacaciones.

    Lago Wildwood se encuentra por encima de la niebla y por debajo de la nieve. La elevación es de 2500 pies que permite un lago disfrute año completo. Hay zonas de playa y 5 parques para ir al campo o para jugar al tenis, voleibol, baloncesto o el tejo. También hay un disco volador campo de golf de 18 hoyos dentro de 1. 5 millas.

    Esta propiedad cuenta con una plataforma abierta con comedor del patio para ver las hermosas puestas de sol. El patio trasero te lleva por un césped verde al muelle donde se puede nadar, pescar, y observar las bellas vistas del lago.

    Esta casa es ideal para reuniones familiares y muy amigable para los niños. No hay necesidad de empacar sus suministros del bebé / de playa. Todo lo que necesita está aquí, incluyendo dos kayaks, salones inflables / innertubes, chalecos salvavidas, bola de escalera, los dardos de césped, voleibol / juego de bádminton, juego tetherball, cañas de pescar y hacer frente, discos disco volador de golf, herraduras, mesas de adultos y de picnic niño, un portátil cuna, silla alta, mesa de tamaño infantil con sillas, monitor de bebé, cochecito, toallas de playa y juguetes de playa. También tenemos una mesa de futbolín en el interior.

This property is a great getaway for families with amazing view and access to the lake, lots of comfortable spaces to hang out, tons of fun options (games, foosball, ping pong, shuffleboard). We have stayed twice and both times everyone has enjoyed the trip. The host is great with communication and made sure everything was in order.

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The house right on the lake was perfect. We enjoyed 5 days of swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and jumping off the end of the dock!!! The host had a wonderful variety of swim floats, paddle boards and kayaks to use. I highly recommend sitting on the deck with morning coffee enjoying the calm waters of the lake!

This is the third time we have stayed in this home, it is fabulous and as described. Beautiful lake and sunset views. House is very well stocked, beds and furniture is comfortable.

Lots of room in the house. Plenty of kid toys and the dock to the water is the best. The driveway is steep. Several options to dine in the kitchen, family room or outside and lots of chairs, love seats with good umbrella coverage.

The Lake view was awesome! Very nice backyard space for a relaxing afternoon in the sun. We were able to watch an incredible thunder and lightning storm as it moved across the lake. Enjoyed exploring nearby Nevada City. I would definitely return to this very comfortable home!

If you like a beautiful peaceful lake setting with lots of fish to catch, you can't beat this house near Grass Valley CA. The accommodations were top notch and the host made it easy. We were out early on the kayaks every morning and caught fish (large mouth bass and sunfish) all around the lake. Plus, there were enough lawn games to keep everyone busy. We've already talked about booking the same house again next year.Thanks!!

What a great place!! We had a wonderful time. The host was very responsive for some minor issues that we had. The place was exactly like the pictures. The view is incredible. You can tell they care about their guests. From the multi outlet plugs next to the beds to the life jackets in the garage. A few people in our group already are planning on bringing their other friends here. We will definitely be back.

Nicely Renovated

We really like this property. Have stayed here many times. The hosts are very gracious, clear in their communications, and make sure there are a ton of toys to play with on the lake.

2023 Girl's Trip

This is our second time at this property, it is amazing! The property is perfect for our group (5-6), plenty of sleeping space and full bathrooms. The outdoor deck area along the lake is perfect for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine or welcoming the morning with a cup of coffee. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

Beautiful home great views and the lots of space in the home. Owner Steve was very thoughtful and responded very quickly to any questions that I had. Would love to stay there again.

Stay at the Lake

House was great you have everything you need. Rained most of our stay, but the lake view was worth it. Steve will go above and beyond to make sure his guest is taken care of. I will stay here again in the future.

Upon arrival there is a steep driveway no issue for us. Walking inside it's an immediate look straight out the sliding glass door to the beautiful lake. The interior of the house is great! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms to spread out. We played UNO on the big dining room table. Games galore in the hallway closet and in the cabinet under the bar. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities. Loved all the paddle boards and kayaks available. In the garage there are endless floaties which we used in the lake. Table tennis inside the garage and foosball n the house all used by us. We had so much fun. We can not wait to book again. We also visited the covered bridge on the Yuba river. Beautiful location.

Beautiful home and location

Very quiet, lots of activities for the family to enjoy on property. It was an amazing sight the second you walk into the home. The sunset made it definitely picture worthy.

Relaxing writing retreat with friends

We really enjoyed this beautiful space. We were able to sit by the lake and catch up and enjoy a movie on the streaming service in the evening. We took a walk in the lovely neighborhood every day. It was amazing
