Hermosa casa en el lado este. Buena ubicación. Muy pocos pasos.

Marca recientemente renovada durante todo el año en casa del lago en el lado este deseable de Keuka. Se sienta justo en el agua con muy pocos pasos y patios extensos.
El piso principal cuenta con una cocina nueva con encimeras de granito y hermosos electrodomésticos nuevos. Hay una isla envolvente con taburetes de seis bares que está abierta al área de la sala de estar. Perfecto para el entretenimiento. Las puertas francesas salen a una terraza con vistas perfectas desde ambas direcciones del lago. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana de 46 "en la sala de estar con un reproductor de DVD Blue Ray. Internet inalámbrico también está disponible.
El piso de arriba cuenta con 3 dormitorios. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y los otros 2 dormitorios tienen camas queen size. Cada habitación tiene un armario completo y una cómoda alta. El baño principal entra en el dormitorio principal y también en el pasillo.
El nivel del sótano cuenta con un amplio dormitorio con 2 camas queen size, junto con una sala de estar con sofá de cuero y TV de pantalla plana. Fuera de la sala de estar hay un baño con una gran ducha de pie. Hay 2 juegos de puertas francesas en el nivel del sótano que salen a 800 pies cuadrados de patio con solo unos pocos pasos hacia el agua.
Hay muchas playas naturales con un muelle y una hoguera.
La casa tiene aire acondicionado central.
No está permitido fumar. Sin mascotas. La nueva incorporación en 2016 será un toldo para arriba [por cubierta!

Awful Neighborhood- STAY ELSEWHERE!!

What we had hoped would be a peaceful, relaxing weekend of sitting by the Lakeshore, listening to the waves and enjoying my oldest daughters graduation from college was quickly turned into a white trash, trailer park Of a neighborhood. We arrived to this area of nice lakefront homes to check in around 3 PM, the house across the street and just to the north diagonally already had eight young men on the lawn playing beer pong and playing music so loudly that all within a 1/2 of a mile radius could hear it. They were cursing and screaming. These entitled spoiled little brats, could obviously care less about the rest of the entire neighborhood or the fact that they had an entire house to do this INSIDE of. This behavior continued for most of the night, we tried to get some sleep but at around 12:30 in the morning, we were woken up by these eight self-absorbed, self-centered idiots , swimming in the lake right next to the house we had rented, again, screaming, yelling, and cursing. At this point, I had to call law enforcement. A Yates county deputy sheriff showed up and spoke to them a short time later. This conversation seems to have no impact at all. We left for my daughters graduation the next morning and we returned around noon and they were absolutely at it again on the front lawn in the neighborhood of million dollar lakefront homes playing beer pong, playing their music just as loudly as it was the day before. We were forced to leave at that point!!! STAY ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Cloudy Eclipse Weekend

It was mostly cloudy for the 2024 Eclipse but luckily we had this great house on the lake to enjoy our time in the Finger Lakes with friends. The owner was quick to respond to our few minor questions. It was also enjoyable just to walk the low traffic road along the lake.

Great Family Trip

Friend Weekend Getaway

Our group of 7 friends had a great time in this beautiful home on Keuka Lake. Perfect location to visit wineries, The Windmill Market and downtown Penn Yan. Home had all the amenities supplied. View of the lake from the rooms, deck and patio are stunning. Definitely would stay here again !

60th birthday celebration

We stayed here to celebrate a 60th birthday party for one of our friends. The cottage is lovely, very clean and well maintained. The deck and fire put area looks like it would be a lot of fun in the Summer months. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect lake front property

Easy access to lake, dock was perfect for hanging out and swimming. Only thing missing was a ladder ;) Enjoyed both deck areas, one for sunny days and one for when the rain comes. The views were perfect. Close to several restaurants in either direction. The property itself was lush w greenery. We will definitely look up this property again when we are in the area.

Our 50th Keuka College Reunion

The house was fabulous for the 6 of us. The owner was easily reached when the hot water heater unexpectedly failed and they arranged to have a new one installed ASAP...AND even compensated us for the inconvenience. While the VRBO noted "few steps" there are actually three full stairways to navigate so mobility is required. The views were awesome and the house had all necessary amenities. Beds were comfortable and AC worked great. There's lots of space to entertain and a great outdoor grill. We loved this place and plan to return soon.

Terrific Home!

This home was perfect for our group of 7. There are great gathering areas overlooking the lake and on lake level. The home was nicely furnished and very clean. We all agreed that we would love to rent this property again.

Beautiful lakeside vacation

Mary Ellen's home was exactly as pictured, absolutely beautiful, and the location couldn't have been better! The road, where the house is located, is very quiet and walkable allowing us to take a morning stroll each day. I would highly recommend and definitely visit again!

Elegant clean and private

Yearly getaway

Another enjoyable trip to Penn Yan. The house is well appointed, has a well stocked kitchen, and plenty of bathrooms. Plenty of outside patio space and conveniently located near some great wineries. The owner is very prompt responding to any questions about the property.

Beautiful lake house

Cottage totally updated and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Great beach access for kids. We enjoyed the lake as well as the great breweries and wineries nearby. Will definitely be back!!
