En este folleto, encontrará recursos e instrucciones para navegar en nuestro hogar y en esta gran comunidad. Si hay algo que pasamos por alto, háganoslo saber y haremos todo lo posible para satisfacer sus necesidades.

Tenga en cuenta que hay algunos tramos de escaleras muy resistentes con barandas (55 escalones en total) que bajan a la cabaña, pero TRANQUILIDAD PURA y DELICIO EN EL AGUA. Esta cabaña está limitada para acomodar a OCHO (8) invitados (MÁS de 8 invitados DEBEN ser aprobados por los propietarios y se aplicarán cargos adicionales a los invitados).
Disfrute de nuestra cocina bien surtida: microondas, cafetera / molinillo, tostadora, licuadora, cubitera, muchos platos para servir / vasos, utensilios, utensilios para hornear y más. El refrigerador / congelador tiene máquina de hielo, estufa / horno a gas, lavaplatos y triturador de basura.
Dormitorio UNO (frente al lago): Capacidad 2: cama King (ropa de cama incluida), tocador, TV de pantalla plana, banco de almacenamiento y mesa de noche, además de un amplio armario / perchas.
Dormitorio DOS (The Tiki Hut) Capacidad para 3 personas: litera (camas gemelas / superior y completa / inferior incluidas), cómoda pequeña para artículos personales, amplio banco de almacenamiento, mesa auxiliar y perchero / perchas.
Dormitorio TRES (The Mermaid Room) Capacidad para 4 personas: cama completa, cama nido (ropa de cama incluida), cómoda pequeña, mesa de noche, armario / perchas muy espaciosos y estanterías para ropa / artículos personales.
Comedor y comedor: mesa con seis sillas (y dos taburetes para asientos adicionales), estante para vinos, sofá, dos sillas, mesas decorativas, estantes para juegos.
Baño UNO: GRAN baño en el primer piso con tocador, ducha / bañera pequeña (toallas de baño / playa incluidas).
Baño DOS: GRAN baño en el segundo piso con bañera / ducha de tamaño completo, lavadora y secadora (toallas de baño / playa incluidas)
 VIVIR al aire libre: cubierta de uno-relajarse en el sofá de mimbre y sillas.
Cubierta de dos mesas / sillas con sombrilla con 8 sillas, sillones para tomar el sol, mesa de bistro con 2 sillas, columpio de planeador y banco de conversación, todos ubicados en una gran terraza para fiestas directamente sobre el agua.
(Los propietarios mantienen las embarcaciones acuáticas atracadas aquí y pueden bajar para subirse rápidamente en bote / moto acuática y salir al agua. Hay un conjunto de escaleras en el costado de la casa hasta el muelle, por lo que los propietarios pueden hacerlo con muy poca interrupción para los inquilinos)
Hay un resbalón cubierto para su uso si es propicio para su embarcación de agua.
Disfrute de una fogata en la playa, pesque en el muelle, bote de remos (use siempre chalecos salvavidas) cerca de la orilla o descanse en nuestra hamaca de la casa del árbol.

Hay un extintor en la cocina.
                                           ABSOLUTAMENTE NO FUMAR EN LA CASA !!
(Limpie todas las colillas de cigarrillos y los ceniceros limpios (provistos) de residuos de fumar)
Aire acondicionado / calefacción: si el aire acondicionado o la calefacción están encendidos, POR FAVOR, mantenga todas las puertas y ventanas cerradas para mantener una eficiencia óptima de calefacción y refrigeración.
Basura / Reciclaje: La recolección de basura es los lunes. Los inquilinos son responsables de llevar toda y toda la basura y el reciclaje al borde de la carretera y depositarlo en un contenedor de basura en los días designados para la recolección de basura, así como antes de la salida.
Lavandería: esta cabaña está equipada con lavadora y secadora para uso personal. A la salida, todas las sábanas sucias deben retirarse de las camas y colocarse en la sala de lavandería (baño de arriba) junto con cualquiera / todas las toallas (no más de UNA CARGA). NOTA: La secadora tiene un timbre de alarma que anuncia cuando la ropa está (casi) seca. Solo una advertencia ...... ¡ES ALTO!
TENGA EN CUENTA: los inquilinos son responsables de retirar todos los alimentos, bebidas y cualquier otro artículo personal antes de la salida. Gracias por su consideración al volver a colocar muebles y artículos para el hogar en el espacio original que los encontró. Entendemos que los accidentes suceden. Por favor notifíquenos para cualquier mantenimiento / reparación o reemplazo está garantizado.
Parrilla para exteriores: reemplace la cubierta de la parrilla después de cada uso. El propano se conecta para que nunca tenga que preocuparse por quedarse sin nada. La palanca de encendido / apagado está en el piso al lado de la parrilla. APAGUE después de cada uso.
Paraguas en la mesa de comedor: el paraguas ofrece una gran sombra mientras disfruta de su experiencia gastronómica al aire libre. Por favor recuerde relajarse al final de cada día. Además, tenga en cuenta al usar paraguas en días sinuosos.

We had a great time! Amazing deck! Beautiful location. The only thing I would warn folks about is the steepness of the stairs to the property - there are a lot of stairs and they are pretty steep.

Our trip was absolutely amazing from start to finish and most of that was due to our accommodations. Right from the start communication with the owner was friendly and clear. The cottage was clean and had everything you needed. The kitchen and grill had all the essentials for cooking at home! The bathrooms are large the owners provided plenty of towels for both showering and the lake. We would definitely come back!! There are some stairs to get to and from your car but not too bad in my opinion. The deck and lake front are absolutely amazing and made our time on the lake special! If you have access to a boat their dock is great as well.

The house is well stocked and the use of linens and towels is great. It is hard to beat coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening on the deck! We had 8 people and it was a little tight during inclement weather with everyone inside. The steps are a little bit of a challenge - plan accordingly. we did bring in the heavy stuff by boat.

We grew up in the area and now that we have moved away we rent a cottage on the lake every year. This is by far one of the best locations we have experienced. The stairs are a workout but the view and accommodations are worth every step. The house was immaculate and had virtually everything you can think of to make the stay easy. The grill was in perfect condition and the outdoor space was the best we have ever had. The large deck sits over the water and the swimming is amazing. Most importantly, Deb, the owner, was a great communicator. Any questions we had we answered immediately and she made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone who wants a relaxing time on the lake close to Penn Yan.

My family had a great time enjoying the huge deck with all the seating options and swimming off the dock. Great location, close to several wineries and a new cidery. The property was very clean and plenty of room inside and out. 2 large bathrooms made it easy to get ready and ample storage for all our gear.

The house is placed in a great location, especially if you bring along your own water craft. Lots of restaurants/marinas/on-water gas stations/and a convenient store within minutes by boat. The home was clean and stocked very well with all of your kitchen and bathroom needs. The host was also very responsive and helpful with any questions and recommendations throughout our stay. A truly great first experience here on Lake Keuka. 10/10

My husband and 2 adult kids stayed at this beautiful lake house! The deck and views were amazing.!! The house was equipped with everything you would think of bringing and the host was very responsive to any questions!! They made us feel very welcome!!

A great two weeks on Keuka Lake. Clean, well stocked, home in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Our host Debbie was very cordial and attentive to all our needs. The only drawback was the number of steps down to the home from the road, which Debbie was sure to emphasize before we rented. We had a wonderful memorable time!

This cottage had all that we needed! Cleanly, well stocked, no bugs, and pleasant host! Bedrooms were a little small, but the extra large bathrooms made up for that. We spent quite a bit of time on the extra large deck overlooking the beautiful lake! The 55 stairs to the cottage were a bit much for unloading and loading, but all-in-all, I definitely recommend this Cottage!

This was my second vacation in this lovely lake house and it was as spectacular the second time as it was the first. The house is immaculate, comfortable and charming, and the view of the lake is superb. The deck is remarkable and very spacious. Debbie is a most accommodating host. My only regret is that we did not rent it for an extra week!

This house was great and the deck was perfection. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. Didn’t even want to eat out because eating on the deck was so enjoyable. I would recommend this house for adults and families.

This property has everything needed for any kind of Finger Lakes vacation: * It's minutes from the main route into Penn Yan or connections to other lakes and the wine country * The dock and short beach are ideal for access to the lake for swimming, kayaking and boating * The huge deck is great for lounging, eating, drinking and sunbathing The owner is friendly and welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. The only drawback, and we mention this not as a criticism but so that potential renters won't be disappointed, is that access to the property from the road is via a long flight of stairs which might present a challenge to anyone who has mobility issues.

The best feature of the place is the deck above the boat slip. We relaxed and just read and talked for hours. The house also comes with a little beach area which we used with our grandchildren. The kitchen had everything needed to cook in or to grill out. The grill worked great and was easy to clean and use. Overall, we had a great experience.

We were very pleased with the property. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival and the check in process was very easy. In addition the cottage was fully supplied with everything you need to cook, eat and clean. The cottage itself is situated right on and over the water providing great views of the lake and spectacular sunrises. If considering a stay just beware of the 55+ steps (as noted in the listing) to get up and down. We are in our mid 70's and it was a challenge but the worth the effort.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this beautiful immaculate home. The view from the house and the deck is spectacular. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The neighborhood is serene and peaceful. Our host Debbie was very helpful and gracious. We hope to return next summer!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the property. The deck was truly amazing. We definitely got our workout on the stairs leading up to our car, but it’s a definite plus that the deck over the lake is at the same level as the first floor of the house. Deb was very easy to contact and her husband replaced the grill on the first day because of issues with previous renter. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and very well stocked. We only needed groceries. The decks provided a beautiful view. There were two negatives that caused a not perfect rating. Unfortunately, we had no internet access during our stay. While the cabin was immaculate, the yard had been neglected. Sticker bushes were growing over and up through the decking on our arrival. We cut them back to avoid getting scratched further. A little sprucing up before we arrived would have been appreciated. The owner explained that internet in the area was spotty and she would call the provider. Also, that they had not been at the property for a while and there had been a lot of rain that caused the overgrowth.

The cottage was the perfect size for six high school reunion girlfriend getaway. The outside deck was great for spreading out and enjoying the views of the lake. There is also a cozy area of wicker furniture for comfortable relaxing. The pictures are very accurate and the place was very clean. The only drawback is the number of stairs to get down to the cottage( and more stairs inside to get up to the bedrooms and second bathroom. Debbie was great in answering any questions we had.
