“Amazing staff, beautiful clean facilities ”

“Best hotel we have stayed in! It ticked all the boxes. We were so happy with it! Spacious family friendly apartments, which were clean, beautifully decorated, and staff were exceptional. The roof top bar and pool was a hidden gem. We were even shown around the day spa and treatment rooms which are insanely awesome. Can’t rate more highly. Well done Astina Hotel! 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 ”

“Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected a lot more and our stay was super poor. Glad we only stayed one night”

“We had a wonderful stay for two nights. The room was very comfortable and beautifully maintained. The shower was a highlight — it felt just like a relaxing waterfall experience. A big plus for us was the EV charging facility in the parking area. Since we have an electric vehicle, being able to charge it every night without any issues made our stay even more convenient and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for comfort, amenities, and EV-friendly facilities. Would definitely stay again!...

“Clean, spacious and modern rooms. Upmarket complimentaries such as toiletries and coffee and tea. Loved the bedding and pillows embroidered soft and firm. Staff were very friendly as a final bonus.”

“En la habitación no llegaba el wifi . Protestamos y tras mucho insistir nos dieron una con wifi y con calefacción estropeada. Pusimos todas las maneras y pasamos frío. El personal desagradable y poco profesional. El motel muy difícil de encontrar y nada recomendable. We had no internet connection in our romo. After much discussion we GOT a room with wifi, but the heating system was broken. After a very very cold night, we swore never to go back”

“The giversen early check-in so we could store all of our luggage exclamation mark the only problem was that they did not have the amenities open that we were hoping for since it was school holidays.”

“The time I stayed, the day manager ( sorry forget her name) bar staff were all "O" 4 awesome, helpful, engaging, and most importantly took time out to ensure you were welcomed.... The bistro "O" 4 awesome, beautifully selection of food on the menu and service very helpful to ensure you are happy and content with your meal.... The rooms are basic and I was happy with the my room, a room to lay my head as I was in Wallacia on a golf tournament "2025 Cook Islands Golf Masters" BUT Overal "O"4...
