Casas vacacionales en Penrose

“Hotel Heritage is an old run down house that does not match the pictures posted on Expedia, VRBO and other platforms. The furniture was old and dirty. The sofa had a big stain on it, the cloth bedframe in one of the bedrooms was severely frayed, the desk chair had peeling plastic, and the tiles in the kitchen had broken corners and some were loose. There was a big sticky mess on the counter in the kitchen. The rugs were dirty and the whole place looked grungy and run down. It smelled...

“Good”

“The Cozy Casa was amazing! Great location, clean, and fairly priced!”

“My husband and I loved the stay it was very clean. Parking was right outside the cottage. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. It was very easy to reach out for any issues.”

“The tiny house concept is cute. Not very functional. The bed was just a full size. No room to get in and out on both sides of the bed. Shower was very small and cramped. Parking is on the street quite a ways from the cottage. There was a note about the “sensitive” sewer system. We didn’t have any issues but we’re always aware there might be a problem. No extra bedding. For those 60 and over this is not an ideal place to stay. On the positive side the kitchen was fully stocked as if they expect...

“I just want to say, what a wonderful property. My wife and I have stayed at over 100 properties over the years and some very high end ones. This property is by far is the nicest we have stayed when it comes to all the little details. They are so thoughtful and we noticed them all. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back in the future.”

“Perfect little getaway weekend for my partner and I! Spent a long hot day at the Zoo before checking in. Coming back to this property by the creek while it was raining, we opened the windows and crawled into the comfiest bed ever… best power nap of all time. We loved being able to hear the sounds of the creek and the whole area was just beautiful! Cute little coffee shop/bakery just down the road too. All around great experience, would highly recommend.”

“Very clean, very spacious, and very nice. The outside temperature was in the 90s during our trip and the house was always cool and comfortable. The double sink in the bathroom was so helpful during nighttime routines. The location is fantastic - easy to get to the attractions, but in a relaxed, comfortable neighborhood. Hummingbirds greeted us often and the ravine in the backyard was a favorite for our kids who liked to explore the “forest.” Deer walked through the backyard often. The hot tub...
