Remodeled townhome in Pensacola Beach-New 2026 Heated pool

  • Enjoy this newly renovated, Five Star Reviewed townhome located at the quiet end of Pensacola Beach. Relax on the back deck in the afternoon with direct views of Pensacola Sound or enjoy your coffee in the morning overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. San Deluna 18 is just a short walk to sitting on either beach. The complex San Deluna is a smaller private complex and offers a brand new heated pool (March 2026), hot tub and tennis courts. The unit has just been remodeled with a relaxed coastal modern decor and is fully functional for a short or long term stay. All the items necessary to enjoy your stay are included: coolers, paddle boards, bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas all there for your personal use. The unit has a large king bedroom with an attached bathroom. The queen bedroom also has an attached bathroom and additional twin daybed. All rooms have new wall mounted TV's. There is a new sleeper sofa and half bath downstairs. The washer and dryer are located on the main floor. Contact me with any questions. We would love to have you stay! Alisha and Patrick

Our favorite place to stay for the beach! Clean, nicely decorated condo and comfortable beds (my granddaughter loves the daybed!) Can't wait until next year!

Owner was very responsive. The new pool and pool area is very nice! We've stayed at SDL for over 30 years and this is one of the nicer units. It is a bit pricey but everything is more expensive these days!

This condo is a family favorite of ours! Have been staying here for years! Perfect amount of space and includes everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. Beach cart, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, paddle boards, coolers, etc! & to top it off the condo complex just put in a brand new pool that feels like you’re at a resort! Will continue to stay here for years to come! Thank you Alisha for the hospitality!
