First of all I would like to express my gratitude to my host. This was such a great pick for us.The property was clean and kept up well, and the view was gorgeous. It was a great ninth anniversary for my wife and I. I highly recommend it.

Everything was great. Do wish they provided coffee. Also, wish check in info was sent at the beginning of the week, like most VRBO’s. I am a planner & not knowing until the day before we left stressed me out. Otherwise nice condo, comfy beds & wonderful location. Would definitely recommend!

Great location. Property issues.

Gate wasn’t functional on arrival but property attendant was headed out to let someone else in as well so didn’t wait long. Carts for luggage nice touch. Fantastic location for surrounding area/activities. Quiet in building. Definitely hear street noise. Photos out of date on furniture. The running toilets are loud. Would be nice to have actual blankets. Chilly at night. Could live with all that but was greeted by giant cockroach when entered in foyer/hallway after nice evening out. Totally unsettling and disgusting. Left early

Water on both sides on the Bay!

This was a very nice condo at a very reasonable price. It had large rooms for three women getting away and just wanting to hang out. I would rent this nice place again. It had all we needed plus some extras.

Location / Location

Our first time to Pensacola Beach. Condo located so that we could walk to the "big" beach and the "quiet" beach and to a third little beach right in front of the condo. Teen agers loved the big beach and the adults and little kids liked the quiet beach. End unit gave us 270 degree views. Great for sunsets, and we could see the sun rise also.

Great location and views of water out of every window

Very roomy and the location was great. Easy in and out to the popular areas of the beach. The condo was very quiet and parking was awesome. The only cons were the dryer didn't work very well and walking on the carpeted areas made our feet black. Overall we enjoyed the stay and actually booked another trip at this condo later in the year.

Awesome Condo

Perfect location, comfortable beds, everything was just wonderful and we felt like we were in paradise. Big roomy kitchen great dining room for doing puzzles and playing games and a beautiful balcony. Can’t wait to come back.

Just as shown

The property, condo, and location was all amazing. The view was beautiful! Loved getting to see the ocean from all sides. The inside was amazing. One thing I liked but never found time to use was the free beach chair and umbrella. Wish I could have used the service. I loved how it wasn’t a far walk to the beach either! Overall I would recommend this place to friends and family and I would definitely love to come back in the future and stay here again.

Amazing condo!

This condo was in a great location. We were able to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The beach service of chairs and an umbrella was a really nice amenity. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much and can’t wait to go back!

Great location for a weekend wedding

Great clean unit, very quiet, comfortable furniture and beds. The outdoor space was fantastic, great views of the bay. Location was also great, could walk to the beach and quite a few restaurants/bars.
