Estamos ubicados en el lugar más angosto de la isla, ¡así que literalmente riegue en ambos lados! Somos una sala de 3 dormitorios, 2 1/2 baños, 2 salas de estar en Little Sabine Bay con un patio de césped verde común y muelles privados, perfectos para practicar paddle surf y paseos en bote. Es tan hermoso, privado y relajante. Justo al otro lado de la calle está el hermoso golfo, a 90 pasos de nuestro lugar. ¡Nuestro lugar de playa es mayormente privado! ¡Tan pacífico! Sentarse en nuestro balcón con una copa de vino por la noche es realmente mágico, muy privado, tranquilo y relajante. Tenemos 4 bicicletas y 2 tablas Yolo con palas para su uso. Nuestro lugar cuenta con 2 salas de estar, una junto a la bahía y otra cerca de la cocina. ¡Tan agradable! El maestro tiene 2 camas queen junto con su baño privado, doble lavabo, bañera / ducha. Los otros 2 dormitorios tienen una reina y una cama individual en la habitación. Estamos ubicados en el lugar más perfecto de la playa, por lo que es muy fácil llegar a tantos restaurantes geniales. El sendero para caminar / andar en bicicleta está justo afuera de nuestra puerta y es maravilloso correr, caminar y andar en bicicleta a muchos lugares.

Wonderful home with great amenities like bikes, paddle boards, chairs, etc. Close to the beach and a short walk to town! The host was very communicative and helpful. I left items there by accident and they were able to help me get those back, too! 10/10 would recommend!

So much space!

The pictures do not do justice for how much space this condo has. There were 6 of us and not once did it ever feel cramped. The owners do everything to make the trip seamless, from providing paddle boards to bikes, to beach toys, cooler, chairs, nets, and life jackets. The email prior to check in not only lists a reminder of everything to bring but directions for quirks and a huge list of places to eat and see! Being right on the bay is so calm, quiet, and peaceful. The beach is directly across the road, super short walk across the wooden pathway. I am saving this place for future stays and to share with family and friends!

Location. Location , Location

Place was as described and as it looks in the pictures. Location is absolutely gorgeous. Right on the bay. We saw stingrays, mullets, dolphin. Fed the heron. My son caught croakers and my husband caught blue crab. There are tons of chairs, floats, sand toys provided. Plus bikes snd paddle boards too.. It isn't far from ft pickens which has a gorgeous beach. Across from condo is the beach also, but it was bit busier then ft pickens. We enjoyed our stay!!

Relaxing family getaway

Perfect family getaway. Great location.. fishing and beautiful view of bay in back yard and short walk across the street for relaxing on the beach. The townhouse has everything you need (kitchen essentials and beach chairs). Bikes and paddle boards are a plus unfortunately we didn’t utilize it. We just enjoy walking around the area instead. Bedrooms were clean, well decorated and comfortable. I love the 2 living rooms. Very spacious. Host was friendly and accommodating. Overall a great stay!!

Fantastic place!!! A MUST stay!

This property has everything you could possibly want and more! A few minutes walk to the stunning beach, a beautiful back yard with amazing access to the bay literally steps from the back door. Love, love, love the balcony!! So much space and room. Paddle boards and bikes were so much fun! A quiet, family oriented neighborhood. No loud, obnoxious party people. Very fun and very relaxing vacation. Alyson, the host is amazing! This was my second stay here, and hope to come back again soon!

Close to everything !

My family and I have been staying at this unit for the past 5 years. Lots of room,3 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. A den and a living room. A fully equipped kitchen. The paddle boards and bikes are a big plus! My grandsons really enjoyed them ! Lots of beach chairs and a nice gas grill. Alyson is a great host and we keep coming back every year !

Great Spot for the family

Perfect stay for the family. Plenty of beds for everyone to pick, two living areas one large tv down stairs and one upstairs. Covered carport to get ready for a 2 minute walk to the beach boardwalk. Would stay again for sure

Fantastic location! Steps from bay and just a short walk acroas street to Pensacola Beach. Kitchen floor needs work and steak knives would be a plus. Sliding door tough to close. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and bikes and paddle boards a huge plus! Would definitely come back.

The home is beautiful and clean. The location is perfect - you can walk or bike everywhere on the beach except Fort Pickens. Do not hesitate to book this home, it is awesome and you will not be disappointed.

Great place to stay!

We loved the house and location. I have 3 teens and some days they would fish off the docks and use the bolo boards in the bay. From the docks, we saw several dolphins, and on the days when the Blue Angels practiced, you could see them in the distance The beach was an easy with a crosswalk across the street. The kids loved using the bikes to get Açaí bowls and coffee near the pier. The house is very spacious. I love an owner-run house vs dealing with a property manager because there are usually extra benefits. Alyson’s place had some basic cooking spices, salt and pepper and things like sweetener packets for coffee. Any dish or or cooking utensil you could need was in the kitchen. It felt like we were staying at a family beach house. There were probably 10+ beach chairs. We used the backpack style ones and carried a cooler and towels to the beach. There were boogie boards and beach toys and floats available to use as well! We love Pensacola Beach as an alternative to the busier high density areas like PCB, Destin or Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. There are great restaurants and shops, mini golf, and you have the benefit of the bay AND the beach! Alyson was great to work with! We will be back!

Family Spring Break 2024

This place is amazing. The location was perfect, a walk across the road to the beach or out the back door to the bay. Alyson, was wonderful to work with. The booking was easy, the price was good for peak of spring break 2024. The location was easy to find, the surrounding buildings were nice and well kept. Fort Pickens is a short distance away for a great day trip and where you can see the Blue Angels when flying, be sure to get there early. Alyson gave us some insider tips for food and attractions (that we second on being top notch) in the area prior to our arrival. Everything we needed for a trip to the beach was located in the house. Sitting on the deck overlooking the bay was so peaceful for us all (we even seen dolphins one evening). The place was clean, comfortable with great window lighting and plenty of cooking utensils/flatware. Just be sure to bring your own supplies, we stopped at a local store and bought toiletries and food for the week. They have thought of everything, even providing a few books, magazines, and games. Being closer to the end of the island was very quiet and peaceful and the beaches weren't crowded. It felt very safe, and kid friendly, they even have kids toys in the closet with all the beach stuff. We will be staying here again in the future.

My sisters and I had a girls weekend planned and the condo was perfect for our stay. It had everything as promised, was clean, and well located. The view is great and even though it was cold and we didn’t use the paddle boards and bikes, it was nice that they are offered. Would definitely stay here again.

Home Away from Home

This property is exactly as described. Our boys (14 and 15) loved the bikes, paddleboard and bay side for fishing. We brought our own fishing equipment. They had enough beach chairs for an army, LOL Cant wait to go back. Wentzville, Mo

just a couple suggestions that would have made stay easier

Unit was pretty much as shown in pictures. If there was any negative, it would have been nice if there were a few more amenities supplied such as more than 1 dishwasher soap pac, more than 1 roll of paper towels, bathroom toiletries such as a couple bars of soap. When only staying 4 nights, you hate to have to go and buy extras of these items, as you can't just buy a couple. Otherwise, we were happy and Alyson was great to work with.

Great location

This townhouse was just a short walk to the beach and had everything we needed, even beach chairs. The owner was very helpful and provided lots of detailed information. Plenty of comfortable beds and furniture. We would definitely stay again!
