Condo was as advertised. A but bit dated but clean and comfortable with amazing 270 degree views of the back bay, West end of the island, and the gulf. We didn't mind being a short drive or long walk from the town and beach center.

I want to share honest feedback about our recent stay. Unfortunately, the unit did not match the photos advertised. The images online present a much more updated and well-maintained space than what we actually experienced.Upon arrival, it was clear the property had several issues. The bedroom furniture was outdated, the floors were not in good condition, some of the window screens were not functioning properly, and the ceilings showed visible wear and need repainting. Overall, the condition of the unit did not reflect the price we paid.Additionally, the cleanliness was not up to standard when we arrived. We ended up doing our own cleaning, and while we did receive a 200 reimbursement for that, it should not have been necessary in the first place.To be fair, there were a few positives—the washer and dryer were in good condition, and two of the bathrooms appeared to have been recently remodeled, which we appreciated.However, overall, the stay did not meet expectations. I strongly recommend that the property and listing be reviewed for accuracy. The photos should reflect the current condition of the unit, and there should be better quality checks to ensure guests receive what is being advertised.

The condo was nice with spectacular views—there’s truly nothing like enjoying a Florida sunset from the kitchen table every evening.The unit was clean and well-maintained, stocked thoughtfully with essentials such as laundry soap, kitchen liquid soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, trash bags, and ample toilet paper. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a plus. The kitchen was functional, featuring some spices, oils, coffee, and filters, though the oven required over 10 hours to cool down after use, and some cookware didn’t sit evenly on the stove.While advertised as a two-bedroom, the second room functions more as a study or office with a daybed and an additional roll-away mattress. There is a large wrap-around desk in the room. This setup is ideal for small families but less suited for two couples. The air conditioning works very well, although there is a faint, continuous noise from the closet after it shuts off and continues for hours. The noise didn’t disrupt our sleep.Guests should be aware of a 1 toll each time they cross the bridge onto Pensacola Beach, charged by the state via license plate reader.Safety was never an issue for us with a well-lit garage and surroundings. The elevator’s automatic return to the first floor was a minor inconvenience. Lastly, iTrip's management personnel provided outstanding service, promptly addressing our requests and inquiries. They're amazing people!

The view on this condo was amazing! Everything was just as we needed. The only complaint was that the kitchen utensils could use a bit of upgrades. We cook every meal as we have food allergies so it’s important to us to have quality products. The location was perfect! There are no beach chairs or umbrella. That would be a nice addition.

Great location, quiet complex, clean pool.

PROS:Excellent location; 2 min walk to the most beautiful beach, an amazing restaurant (Peg Leg Petes) and a convenient store. A short drive to the busy "city" area, but far enough away to steer clear of all that. Very clean and quiet complex. The grounds are well maintained. The pool was immaculate and absolutely wonderful to swim in. The views! The deck pictures don't lie. Depending on where you're staying, the sunset is amazing. Extremely well stocked condo. Tons of bath towels provided. The kitchen has it ALL. Dish soap, paper towels, spices, oil, etc. They even had coffee and filters. Soaps, lotions, dish sponges, trash bags, etc. The master bed was surprisingly very comfortable for us and we both have bad backs.CONSThe master bathroom. The shower/ toilet room is separated from the rest of the bathroom and master bedroom by only a window curtain. No door between the master bath and master bedroom. Weird. The deck furniture could use an upgrade. Dollar tree plastic chairs aren't that comfortable. Small water damage spot on the ceiling in the living room that appears to have been there for a while.The master bed is advertised as a Sleep Number, but it is not. Huge bummer for us. This isn't a con, just something that would be a great addition, is a bbq on the deck. It would have been nice to grill a meal or two. Overall, we HIGHLY recommend this condo and we'll definitely be back.

Perfect spot

Great location with nice views of the beach and bay from the balcony. Very short walk to store, restaurant and beach. Nice quiet location but just a quick drive to all the restaurants, bars and shops. Condo was immaculate and just as shown in the pics. We will definitely be back.

North & South facing property

The unit was fine except for the yellow couch in the living room. It was very dirty and the cushions were completely broken down. The leather chair was also very old with no support in the cushions. It had a pillow on top of the seat for some support. If these were updated, it would help tremendously. Thx
