Escape to this Gulf front 2 BR / 2 BTH condo with swimming pool

  • Escape to 405E Regency Towers, a beautifully designer-furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom Gulf-front condo located directly on the beach. This inviting unit offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar-white sands from both the living area and the master bedroom.

    The master bedroom offers particularly amazing views overlooking the Beach during Sunrise.

    Regency Towers amenities include a large 25 x 50 swimming pool nestled by the dunes and on-site tennis courts. This unit comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.

    This condo is pet-friendly for small dogs only, 25 pounds or less, with a $200 pet fee.

    Sleeping Configuration:
    Master Bedroom: 1 King
    Bedroom 2: 2 Queens
    Living Room: Sofa sleeper

    We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only. Some exceptions may be made based on availability.

    Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.

    Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.

    Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.

The property had a great view of the beach and was nice and spacious for our girls trip. We enjoyed our stay. Access to the condo and beach was very easy. The master bedroom does get a good bit of sunlight in the mornings but has a nice view of the beach from it as well.

The condo was fabulous! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay ! The views of the ocean were out of this world and the sunsets were priceless! Will definitely stay there again! Everything was totally fantastic!!! Great week

The views are amazing! The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. So great to be able to walk out to the beach. The pool was a good size and pool furniture was clean. I definitely will try to come back to this one!

Perfect Little Condo

This condo was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. There was some construction going on while we were there so during the day you could hear drills and such inside but most of our day was at the beach so we weren’t in the room much. I would stay here again in a heart beat! Easy beach access lots of parking overall clean!

Beautiful Gulf Views

The property was well maintained. The property manager responded immediately to the request we made when we were unable to locate an extra set of linens, and brought it out within 30 minutes. Gorgeous gulf views to sit and watch. We loved our stay.

When we arrived on Saturday the beach was closed!! We were shocked. They were doing the beach restoration and they were laying large pipes across the beach for miles. They did eventually open the beach, with walkways over the pipes in places. The condo was mostly cleaned. We did have to wipe down counters, end tables, and dining room table prior to use. There were coffee rings on the nightstands and tables. We did wash clothes while we were there. The lint trap was full. It had to be emptied prior to using the dryer. I did call the office and they brought us a sponge for washing dishes and also brought us pot holders. I did find the potholders later. They had been pushed so far back in the drawer, they were wedged behind the back of the drawer almost falling into the cabin below.Each bathroom only had 3 bath towels. A total of 3 for the week for the master bath. 2 washcloths, for the week, and 2 hand towels in the master bath. We did enjoy the layout of the condo. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen could use more utensils and some glass plates would be a huge improvement. We loved the extra blankets. The proximity to town and the buildings well kept up. We have been visiting every year for 13 years. The Local, across the road is amazing and how nice to have this right there!! The check out process was super simple. All and all it was a great vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect view in a quiet and well maintained building. We requested to extend our stay and they were quick to respond & accommodate. We would definitely stay here again. We always stay in Navarre Beach but from now on we will be staying here. Loved being so close to Fort Pickens and other area attractions but yet still having a quiet location.

Very nice place.

Great condo, beautiful view. Secure. So grateful for a pet friendly place to stay. The only cons were ceiling fan in second bedroom didn’t work and ac was very loud when it came on interfering with sleep in the second bedroom.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed the stay very much! The view was beautiful and the area where the condo was located was quiet. The condo was exactly as pictured. Only negative was the bedroom was bright at night and as soon as the sun came up, you knew it. It would be the perfect place if they had blinds or curtains instead of the pull shades. We plan to return soon!

The condo was very clean as well. Even better they allowed our two weiner dogs to stay as well! Only recommendations would be to get a Roku stick for the TVs and repair the bad places on the cabinets. The rest was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful as well! We will be back!
