Una ubicación increíble con increíbles vistas de las aguas esmeralda del Golfo de México y nuestra arena blanca como la nieve ... este hermoso ... cómodo, casa de lujo le proporcionará las vacaciones perfectas y con ganas de volver una y otra vez .. ...... recién decorado no hay nada más que puedas querer. Hay 2 dormitorios principales ... uno en el nivel superior y otro en el nivel principal con un baño en suite. Escaleras que conducen a la playa desde el balcón del salón. Ducha en la planta baja para dejar la arena donde pertenece y un garaje que tiene capacidad para 3 coches. Un frigorífico extra en el garaje para los refrescos o comida extra para sus vacaciones de diversión ... un dormitorio principal tan amplia que nunca se sentirá como salir ... TV en cada habitación .... el comedor y cocina están hechas para Entretenimiento y cenas memorables juntos ... todo lo que necesitas ... es familia ... amigos y una perspectiva feliz ... después de todo esto es sus vacaciones ... relajarse ... disfrutar y no sudar el pequeño cosas.... This was our second time staying here. We had another fabulous time at Pensacola. The house is perfect. It's in a great location, clean, well maintained, and right on the beach. The hosts are friendly and super helpful. Charlize gave us so many suggestions of places to visit and was always extremely responsive. I highly recommend this house. You will not be disappointed.

Pensacola Beach

We loved this property, located right on the beach! It had everything we needed for nights we stayed in and cooked, including a gas grill on the deck. The beach was not overly crowded like the high rise condos always are. We will rent this property again if it’s available for our next trip.

Wonderful place to stay at Pensacola Beach!

Great communication with the property owner. A great place to stay literally steps away from the gulf. Plenty of room for our 7 adult family members and our grandson. The best part, at least to me, you’re 3 miles away from all the commercial parts of Pensacola, so you pretty much have the beach to yourself. It was pretty nice having your own space at the beach. Highly recommend this property!!

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at this property! It was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of the beach and ocean.The property owner communicated with us the first day to make sure all was well.Everything was clean and just like the pictures. We brought some sand toys for the kids but the closet was full of floats and toys that others had left behind. We also left ours so others could enjoy!I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect beach getaway

Absolutely loved this property for a trip with a few friends to celebrate getting past a work deadline. It’s right on the beach so it’s not a long walk and easy to go back in if you need a break or to get food. Super easy check in and out process and they had everything we needed. The home was gorgeous and has amazing views. Perfect to sit outside and have coffee in the morning and relax.

Perfect Location

This was a the perfect location for me and my friends to vacation at! The owner was super responsive and made sure we were always good. Alongside the owner being amazing, this was a prime location for a vacation. Highly recommend!

Lovely beach stay

We had a small family gathering for a week- with adults and teens- and had a terrific time. The home is just like the pictures. The best thing is the access to the beach which is gorgeous and the water is clear and perfect. The next best thing about this home is the gear in the basement closet that we relied on for seating and shade and fun in the water. The porch is a great set up for meals and hanging around and the grill is great (if you have a chance to pick up seafood fresh from Joe Patti’s over the bridge- we highly recommend it). The view from the upstairs master bedroom is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils and pots and pans etc.. Bring your own shampoo and indoor games (although we did enjoy a week of dominoes). Overall- a perfect fit for our family getaway.

Beach vacation

This location is the best. You are truly right on the beach - no elevators or lobbies or boardwalks to go through - you just step out of the condo and you’re on the beach. This property is well stocked with everything you need. It’s very spacious and very comfortable.

Paradise

I do not have the words to describe the amazing time we had at this beautiful house on the water. The house is perfect and wonderfully stocked. We cooked dinner several night since we have small kids and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The hosts are incredibly responsive and were so helpful. I had many questions and they answered them right away. They even suggested places to visit with my little ones. This house is right on the beach. You literally walk on to the sand and have the beach at your front door. There is beautiful deck where you can enjoy your breakfast while watching the ocean. This house is perfect. I can't think of one bad thing. Pensacola is also so cute with lots to do with a family. It's super kid friendly. We had so much to do. This was a dream vacation. I highly recommend enjoying this lovely beach house.

Wonderful beachfront home

We had the best time in Pensacola Beach! The house was very clean and the hosts were helpful and available for questions. We loved seeing the Blue Angels fly over. Thank you for letting us know about them! Amazing location and beautiful beach! We would definitely stay here again!

PERFECT!

Great location plenty of space for everyone! Large kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with owner was timely and she made it easy. Charlize is a great host. Loved that all the beach toys and equipment was available for use. WE WILL BE BACK!

Making Family Memories

Despite 2 days of overcast skies & rain, we were still able to take advantage of the beach & the water. Our accommodations were ideal for our family. The owners were even courteous enough to provide a "Pack & Play" for our 1 year old. Kitchen was well supplied, bbq gas grill was a great addition, sun awning came in handy, plenty of beach chairs, water boards, and a plethora of kids sand toys. The highlight of the weekend was to have the Blue Angels due a "fly-by" on Sunday afternoon. Overall this was a wonderful place to relax, have beach fun and be conveniently located to many great restaurants and other venues.

Amazing views and wonderful host!

The property was very clean and the beach is just a few steps out the back door! It is beautifully decorated and has very comfortable beds and linens. The host was extremely responsive and very detailed! Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Location
