Villas Portside bellamente decoradas 3 hab, frente al golfo

¡Los propietarios no han escatimado gastos en la renovación de este condominio de tres habitaciones / tres baños de arriba a abajo! Amplio y bellamente decorado con una elegante decoración costera de Florida, este popular destino de vacaciones cuenta con toques de diseño en todas partes. Disfrute de un café por la mañana en su terraza con vista al golfo, o de su balcón privado en el dormitorio principal. El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el segundo nivel y tiene una cama king; el dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen y literas (ideal para los niños), mientras que el dormitorio de invitados en el nivel principal cuenta con una reina. Al final de un día de sol en la playa, hay entretenimiento para todos con televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación. Nueva parrilla de gas a partir del 1 de marzo de 2019. Disfrute de la comodidad de un elevador desde el suelo hasta el nivel principal, así como un garaje cerrado para dos automóviles.

Portside Villas está ubicado en el extremo oeste altamente deseable de la playa, justo antes de la entrada a la Costa Nacional de las Islas del Golfo. Playa prístina hasta donde alcanza la vista! Portside Villas también cuenta con una piscina y canchas de tenis.

Great place for family stay

Three generations enjoyed this lovely home right on the ocean. The decks both had a great view of the ocean, the rooms were big and each had a private bath. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals and the location was ideal...quiet and a few blocks away from all the action. Really enjoyed this little gem hidden near the entrance to Fort Pickens.

Have never had to wait till 5 on anywhere I have stayed before. Overall though the house is really nice and great quiet location.

Nice location. Look at the picture of the unit close. It is very close to the beach (100 ft of boardwalk) but there is a Unit in between it and the ocean. Beach/Ocean views restricted. Managing agency very helpful. No hot water on 1/2 the bathrooms and TV would not work. Repair personnel responded very quickly and rectified all issues. Beach accessories in the garage (kids toys, and lots of chairs). Gas grill almost brand new and was key to our family beach day. The Elevator was priceless for our elderly guests. Fully stocked kitchen (dishes, tupperware, mixing bowls, pots/pans, blenders, crock pot, etc.). Great stay for our family.

Awesome!

Our family had the BEST week here. The location is perfect, we didn’t even have to put our shoes on to go to the beach. We had our three daughters with us, ages 11, 10, and 3. The house was clean upon arrival and just amazing. We would totally stay here again! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Fantastic!

Our stay was flawless…every couple had their own room and bathroom. We had a plumbing issue and the plumber was there before we even finished reporting the issue - lightening fast! We will be back!

Great Condo for Family and Grandparents - ELEVATOR

We were looking for a luxury condo that had a full bathroom with each bedroom and (if possible) an elevator for our older parents who can no longer walk up stairs. This condo fit the bill perfectly. The condo was upscale and had plenty of room for all of us. Our daughter invited her friend and they had a blast as well. It was a fairly quiet beach which was also nice. All the big hotels, crowded beaches and restaurants were a quick car ride down the street. It was great. Thank you for having us.

The pictures of the property are accurate, the condo is spacious--clean and close to the beach-just a two minute walk. Property management very friendly and responsive; and did I mention this unit has an elevator which came in handy for loading heavy items. The kitchen was well stocked with useful items...we cooked every meal. I would definitely try to stay here again if the unit is available.

Pros and Cons

Nice in some respects. The “elevator” doesn’t go to the top floor-odd. The kitchen is narrow and has a washer/dryer in it. The dryer sounds like it’s about to go. This isn’t our first rodeo. Usually we stay at privately owned homes. This one is run by a property management company. Big difference. The usual provisions are not there. Two trash bags and “that’s the starter set-then you buy your own.” For $500+ a day, they can provide a box of trash bags. And lucky you-to take the trash out you have to walk to the tennis courts and open the gate and throw it in the dumpster. Unbelievable. Rugs curling-trip hazard. Rugs are Dirty. Couches and cushions are worn. We had to wipe out the oven cleaner-guess it was left on to work and forgotten about. Definitely not impressed. Not a do again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Portside Villas #5--it was a great location and fit for our family with the space and views and access to the beach. A few things to mention though that could have improved our stay. We found several pots and pans that were dirty and greasy with food stuck to them that had to be cleaned before using--clearly previous renters had put away dirty in that condition but still not great to discover. The rug in the main area had food crumbs visibly in a lot of spots when we arrived. Our sheets were sandy the first night we got in them and we had not gone to the beach or anywhere outside as we arrived late so the sand was not from us. Also, there was only one set of towels per person in the bathrooms. Management should oversee quality of cleaning and amenities a little more closely before check in. In spite of these issues we really enjoyed our stay and space. Staff was responsive to deal with AC and elevator problems swiftly and offered great recommendation when we got a flat tire during our stay. We look forward to coming back again next year!

Perfect Location

Beautiful property at a perfect location. Comfortably slept 5 adults and 2 children. Only issue we had was someone before us had seemingly placed a fresh catch from the ocean in the fridge and the fridge smelled terribly the whole week we were there. Not much a cleaning crew can do to fix that with a short turnaround each Saturday though. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

It was a home away from home

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was spacious, comfortable, close to everything, and the beach views and access were fantastic! The elevator was very nice to use with unloading our luggage and groceries upon arrival and loading luggage to head home. The house was equipped with our needs. Thank you for the use of the beach towels and beach chairs. They made the beach very enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again. The house is close to everything we like to do and the places we like to eat. So the location is wonderful and perfect, which worked out well for our family. A favorite spot was the table behind the couch. It's a wonderful place to eat breakfast and drink coffee or tea in the morning. We could sit and take in the views. We did this on a rainy morning and thought the table was a wonderful furniture placement. The checking in process was different than what we have used with other rentals. We were used to the code box on the doors. But picking the keys up at the 24 hour office and dropping off in the key box worked out well. We were glad the 24 hour pick up office and the drop off key box was an option. With our 13 hour drive, we would not be able to do the regular hours. I think the only problem we had, there were only 3 cereal bowls and there were 4 of us. Those were the only bowls in the cabinet. So maybe add a few more. But that's the biggest complaint, which isn't much at all. Thank you for the use of the home. We look forward to staying again.

So close to the beach!

Very nice unit! Amazing views and the walk to the beach is literally 2 minutes over the boardwalk. They had a few items in the garage to use at the beach, chairs, umbrella, floaties etc. Far enough out of town to feel calm but still so close it was only a few minutes drive. Fort Pickens farther down is completely worth going to and walking around. Would stay here again!
