Perfect location! The condo had everything we needed for 2 couples to stay comfortably. We loved the balcony and how close we were to the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Gulf perfection

Just as described. All furniture and beds are comfortable, great views. A lot of people mentioned getting groceries prior, but traffic wasn’t bad and it didn’t take too long to get to grocery stores. Stove top wouldn’t turn on, they got someone out the next day to fix. Would stay again!

Perfect Getaway

Nice Updated Condo right on the beach.

Perfect place for a beach getaway. The condo was exceptionally updated. Had everything we needed. I will say there are a lot of steps however we were aware of same when we booked our reservation. Would recommend 100%!

Relaxation at its finest!

Beautiful property and quiet location! Beach is perfection and not too crowded. Amazing experience watching the Blue Angels Air Show at the beach and on the balcony. Host was very easy to work with. The ONLY downside is the 2 flights of stairs if you have someone who has trouble with that. Would most certainly stay again!

Perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, master bed was comfortable (we didn’t have anyone staying in the second bedroom). Kitchen had everything we needed and there were beach chairs and an umbrella to make your beach time more comfortable. The best thing is the view from the balcony and the close proximity to the beach! Couldn’t be better. Be prepared for stairs- as there is no elevator, but we didn’t mind. Loved the location- not right in the middle of all the business, but close enough!

As close to the water as you can get!

This condo was wonderful and close to the beach. The only complaint anyone had was the stairs but the view from the balcony made it worth the climb.

Right on the beach with awesome balcony view all updated very clean Seneca was so helpful in everyway which restaurants with great food places to go took my many calls and texts will absolutely go back

First Beach Trip of the season

We had a wonderful time at this lovely property. Great space and well equipped kitchen. The closest full-service grocery store is a bit of a drive (especially if there is beach traffic heading back) so arrive prepared. Be sure to pack beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, extra coffee, etc.

Absolutely perfect. Will be back!

This was the perfect location. Only a couple minutes drive to all the restaurants and shopping; so easy to get to, but a little bit away from crowds. The condo was very clean and up-to-date. You cannot be this view. We really appreciated the beach chairs and toys available to take to the beach. There are two flights of stairs to climb, but that was not an issue for us. The beds were comfortable, TV and all the rooms, and all around just a great place to stay. I can’t wait to book it again when we come back!

Will be coming back!

Condo was in a great location! Beach was so close and easy walk. The interior was nice and had all needed necessities. Had one issue and the owner responded quickly and had a satisfactory solution. We all enjoyed our time and would love to come back here!
